When the loveseat arrived, I was concerned, as the boxes looked like they'd lost a war, and there was an odd grease stain on one box. But, the actual loveseat was in perfect condition, so it wasn't an issue. The instructions were easy to follow and detailed, and assembly was pretty simple. You will need two people to put it together, though. I got the gray, and it looks great. It's comfortable, works really well, feels sturdy, the leg rests are easy to use, the cupholders and various pockets are handy, and it seems sturdy thus far. I feel like it was a good value, as a similar piece of furniture from a store would have been more than double the price.

The media could not be loaded. This reclining loveseat exceeded all my expectations! The Dutch velvet feels so soft and luxurious, and the 2 tier cushions make it incredibly comfortable perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching movies. The manual recline is smooth and easy to use, and I love how both sides can recline individually. The built in USB charging ports and cup holders are such thoughtful touches and make this loveseat super functional. The removable armrest is a clever feature too it gives you flexibility depending on how you want to use the space. It also looks amazing in my living room modern, sleek, and the grey color blends beautifully with any decor. Delivery for this product was sooner than I expected. For the price, I think the quality is good . I wish it were a little more robust. I have to be careful pushing myself out of the chair because the armrests tend to cave into the storage cavity. The zipper that closes the arm storage area is difficult to zip open and closed. The arm rest covers just slip over and are held by small strips of Velcro which initially makes the material bunch up and look rumpled. I’m also not crazy about the center console. It’s not anchored well and doesn’t make for a solid arm rest. I wouldn’t put a drink in the center cup holder for fear of it spilling. Two week update: I’m upgrading my review from 3to 4 stars. We figured out how the Velcro strips are supposed to work and that smoothed out the wrinkles. The chair now looks better and it’s comfortable.

The double-layer seat cushions with memory foam provide excellent support and make sitting for long periods very enjoyable. It feels plush without sinking in too much, and the overfilled cushions hold their shape well. I really like the removable middle armrest—it’s great to have cup holders and USB charging ports when needed, and removing it creates more space and a cozier seating area. The hidden storage compartments are a pleasant surprise and are perfect for storing remotes, snacks, or small items. The PU leather looks high quality, feels soft, and is very easy to clean, which is a big plus if you have pets. The manual recline works smoothly and feels sturdy, and the ergonomic design supports your back perfectly. Overall, this loveseat offers great comfort, functionality, and value. Highly recommended for relaxing and everyday use.

Bought this couch for my basement where I have a bar and a large TV. Figured a recliner sofa would be a great addition and it was. It came in two separate boxes and was fairly simple to assemble. The instructions were clear and I was probably finished with a hour. The fabric is very soft and comfy and when extended it's really enjoyable. The center armrest has 2 us chargers and the side armrests have hidden storage underneath which is useful to keep charging cables and remotes. My younger daughter love to sneak in between my wife and since the center armrest can be pulled out, it makes enough space for 2 adults and a kid.

When I purchased this there were no reviews, so I'll go a little in depth on this one! First things first, the outside of the box say that instructions are in "Box A" ....but mine were actually in "Box B".... absolutely no problem, but just so you don't panic if you can't find your instructions in "Box A" Assembly took around 45 minutes. If I did it again, I would be able to complete it much quicker....but overall it was a pretty painless process. Once assembled, the first thing I noticed is how comfortable it is. Extremely soft, and the reclining position is fantastic. 10/10 on comfort. There is a center armrest, but I personally prefer without it for my space so it's not in photos. Another immediate pro is that it looks great. Obviously, looks are subjective - but it looks exactly like it does in the listing photos which is great! I did find 2 small issues: 1) the fabric around the cupholder wrinkles when you install the cupholder and 2) the in-arm storage is accessed via zipper, which scares me as a potential point of failure of used regularly. As for longevity, how durable the faux leather will be is TBD...but I don't see any warning signs. It seems to be pretty high quality, and I'm optimistic it will last. No rips or tears or loose threads. The unit itself it made with heavy duty metal, so I find it very likely that will remain durable. If you're on the fence, I'd say go for it. Comfortable, looks good, seems of high quality, and only minimal complaints.
