Keep the food warm for 7-8 hours. The sizes of the hot case is actually helpful for different kind of. Food. It does leak a little bit. Very easy to clean. One of the best hot case so far if we keep that leakage part apart. Easy to carry with its light weight feature.

The fact that it keeps food real hot is nice, but the lid is not leak proof. The soup I took my wife spilled a lot out of the lid and got all over the place.

I tried these dishes for the first time My food stayed Luke warm for about 2 to 3 hrs The instruction is that to put warm water before place food inthe dish. I have not tried warm water yet.
