First off, don't try to track delivery of this item. As of my writing this review, it is still showing it has not yet been delivered, but I got it a couple of days ago. It is coming direct from China, so the tracking is not accurate. This is the second time we ordered this collar. The first one lasted approx. 4 years before becoming tattered and frayed. This one is identical to the original, so I expect it will last a similar amount of time. The unexpected part of this transaction was it is now selling for several dollars less than 4 years ago, and the price is great for what you get! We like this collar as it has our dog's information sewn into the collar itself, and you don't need to hang an identity tag on the collar that can fall off or get caught on something. It also has a reflective surface which will glow at night when lights hit it for safety. Unfortunately, our dog has longer hair which kinda hides the reflective surface. It's nice to have though just in case. If we didn't really like this collar, we would not have ordered a second time. I wish it lasted a little longer, but considering it is worn pretty much 24/7, I can't really complain too much. As long as this one lasts as long as the last one, we will be ordering it again in another 4 years. ... show more

The reflective portion is almost completely peeled off in less than a year. I wouldn't purchase again.
