I play Badminton. Now being 45 plus and perhaps stressing while playing or at times going for wrong shots, developed Golfer Elbow. It worsened and I took rest. Tried some braces that is worn just before the elbow. Though it gave some relief, could not help heal. Finally, with some recommendation from a friend, I decided to give this a try. I was skeptic to try this as I felt, this may not give as much tension and adjustable to the need etc. I was completely wrong. I ordered Medium size and it fitted snugly. It did not slip unlike the brace which I had to repeatedly had to re-adjust after a few shots, and the velcro's were not holding as it did when new. The copper compression provided steady grip and consistent compression, this appeared to be magic for my pain. Also, it used to steadily wick away my sweat and leaving my elbow cooler (which was blessing in disguise, as I did not have to put Ice after the work out). So it is like smearing Ice while working out. Because of it's thin profile, it is like an extra membrane or skin and you won't even feel you are wearing it. After 3 to 4 weeks the pain was noticeably subsided. It is completely not gone, but I now don't play without wearing it, so it has arrested further damage. I could not be happier. I am planning to buy one more. The reason I am delaying buying is, it is so easy to wash as well and it dries quick and is ready for next day. Unlike the braces which I could not wash, this I can wash everyday. So very hygienic. I could not be happier. I strongly recommend. I am even planning to try out the knee sleeves, just as a precaution as it might stabilize the knee and provide similar protection, so I do not Injure. Thank you Copper Compression for this genuine versatile product.

I purchased a small copper compression elbow sleeve due to some pain I was having in my elbow when picking up heavy packages for work. Thought this would be a good place to start. Since I'm not a big guy, I ordered the sleeve in a small size. Well, it was a bit too tight. So I start the return process by contacting customer service. I tell the customer satisfaction manager Alisa M. it's too tight and I was looking to exchange my small sleeve for a medium. She does me one better and says I don't need to send the smaller sleeve back and she'll send a medium sleeve to me free of charge. Wait, what? So cool! So I get the medium sleeve and start wearing it. It fits much better and I start to notice the pain subsiding in the first week. I continue to wear it mostly during the day and I find it's really helping. At the time of this review, I have not been wearing it since the sleeve has done it's job and I can pick heavier things up without the pain. Gotta say, I'm impressed. All around. So when I say, "They get it right!", they really do. Customer service and the product itself! Highly recommend this company if you're looking for a dependable brace that helps you heal. **UPDATE** I can say that their customer service is outstanding. They reached out to me and have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond in guiding me into the sleeve that would work best for me. I think that going from a large to medium sleeve will offer more support. If you are considering this product, please contact their customer service with any questions. They will be more than helpful. I am anxious to try the knee sleeve I just received as well. Original Review: I have been having issues with my elbow and needed support. I have psoriatic arthritis and it feels like I have tennis elbow. With this disease you can have a lot of problems with joints, ligaments, and tendons. Any type of regular use of my arm and elbow really irritates it in my right arm. This sleeve does provide a little support but really didn't do a lot for helping my elbow. I found that a tennis elbow strap works better for me since it takes the pressure off by reducing the tension. This may work great for some, but it depends on what you have wrong with you I guess. I don't think copper has been proven to do anything really, but some say it does work. It did fit nice and the copper seemed to have a cooling effect and it was comfortable to wear. It may be right for you. When you have a lot of health issues and pain, you tend to try any and everything until you find what works best for you I guess. All you can do is trial and error.

I bought one of these sleeves a little over a year ago and it really seemed to help the achy feeling in my elbow go away when I wore it. I usually only wore it to bed but the excessive dampness of this winter had my elbow aching almost all the time. My sleeve had gotten a little stretched out and I think I had accidently let it get into the dryer one of the times I washed it so it had a balding look to the fabric. Portions of the sleeve looked thinner and less elastic. I am most positive it was because I let it get dried, so I bought 2 new sleeves just last week with no rush shipping and they arrived within 5 weekdays of purchase and are great. I bought a 1x and a 2x so I could use the larger one possibly on my knee occasionally. My sister and Mom both used my old sleeve for a day during the Christmas holidays and they both were amazed at how their aching elbow or wrist just stopped aching as soon as the sleeve went on and the pain was gone as long as they wore the sleeve. Now I wear my new sleeves most of the time I am home from work. I've read a few of the reviews on here and have to laugh at the few people who say, "there is no copper in this sleeve" simply because they can't see it in there. The copper was made into a powder that was "infused" into the fabric before or during the weaving process. So, No you will not see actual copper threads. When wearing the sleeve my family and I both notice a cooling feel to the fabric against your skin kind of like if a metal such as copper was placed on your skin. The sleeve keeps my muscles warm but I still feel a cooling sensation when I touch it on the outside or in spots along my arm. Regardless of the science of how it feels cool but keeps the body warm it does work and it doesn't need to be visible for copper to exist in the sleeve.
