The product does as advertised! Plug and play. The stick on mount works as good as a command strip and the magnet is excellent at keeping the remote attached. Works with power strips. Only issue is that the plugs are quite sizeable so you cannot fit them side by side on a power strip, for instance.

I have two bedrooms in my house that lack ceiling lights (fans only) and are dependent on lamps for lighting. The lamp outlets were never wired to a switch. After plugging the lamps into these “smart” switches and sticking the remote + holder on the wall using the provided adhesive stickers, I’ve now got wall controlled switches for the lamps (and a removable remote with replaceable battery if I want it). The best part is there is no WiFi or phone app needed … just plug and play and so easy to use. Will be buying more for other areas of the house. Only downside is that the adapters are quite large; if you don’t have significant wall clearance for them (e.g., behind a nightstand) or if you typically would need something plugged in next to the adapter (it will obscure the second outlet on a typical wall plate), you will need to first use an extension cord and then plug this product into the extension instead.

Simple as plugging it in to any outlet and plugging whatever you want to remotely control into it like window fan, outside decoration lighting you may/ may not want to stay on all the time. Turn on an extra outside light when you arrive home after dark… or need to feel safe leaving for work before light, but rather have it off after you leave! I using several to control Halloween decorations in the yard. I wanted a light out on our dock that had electricity… but estimate to dig trench for wiring for a switch at the house was… well… very expensive…long wait for contractor, mess up the yard. This took 10 minutes after opened up the box!

Worked right out of the box. They came set up already, which was great. Plug size is a little large, so you can sometimes not be able to plug something in next to it.

These were very ready to set up. We need our lamps to come on and off when entering the room. We did some construction and didn't want to run more wires and junction boxes. I mounted the wall plate to the wall near the entrance to the room. You can use it like a remote and not mount it, if you want. Love this.

My sister told me about these. I just love them. I tried one at first and quickly ordered more. I hate having to reach up and struggle to find the lamp switch next to my bed. This little handy switch on my nighstand is a game changer. Same thing with a lamp I have with a switch way down the cord. I hate digging around for the switch! Now, I just hit the handy button on the convenien switch and wallah! Best thing ever!
