The product didn't work for me. After assembling it, it powers on but it didn't run. You supposed to start it the remote but it didn't respond to any of the buttons on the remote. The remote didn't come with batteries either. I had to use my own AAA battery. There's no light indicator on the remote so there's no way to know if the remote itself is bad or the treadmill itself. No error on the treadmill display. No technical support or useful troubleshooting guide. If you decide to buy, test to make it runs before assembly it. It was about 65lb. You will have to return it to the carrier. I hate having to return it. I wish there's someone to talk first before returning it. It could simply be a wrong remote. ... show more

It's a decent buy, I got it because summers in texas are brutal and having the option to get some cardio in at home is convenient. The incline on it is impressive especially when you compare it to other walking pads (although you do have to manually adjust it). Set up is easy and the size is okay (not as big as the pictures make it seem but true to the dimensions provided). Fits under my bed, great for jogging. ... show more

Increments are in 0.3, so that to start is 0.3mph then 0.6, 0.9,etc... Smaller increments would be preferable. The handles are a little shaky and may not hold if you need to use them for safety. However, the pad is a quite fast and sturdy.

    • Not like a treadmill!
As a Senior I struggle a bit. The pad is too short and a bit narrow. I have to be constantly aware of my position, not able to relax and enjoy the walk. Also the support bar with handles at the front seem to loosen and require constant tightening. I have only ever had a treadmill, much different.
