This is actually super cute in person! I expected it to be a little bigger (even though the measurements are listed in the description), but it was still a good size! It fit my Samsung GS4 with its thin case on. The tail piece has a sort of divot groove for the phone to go into, and I feel like if you have an Otterbox case or something really thick like that, it will not fit in there well. A thicker phone might lay on top of the groove, but I doubt it'd fit down into the groove, so keep that in mind if you're looking for stability. It seemed stable enough to hold my phone without falling over though, but my phone and thin case fit down into the groove. It's built like a block of plastic, not too hard but not too squishy either. Purple was a good color, nice bright pastel, like in the photo. I bought for a friend, who is a fan of Jurassic Park and dinosaurs. It's a good little gift, if you're looking for an add-on item. I kind of want one for myself now though! If they make a cat one, I will definitely buy it! Very pleased with this purchase!

I originally bought this purely for the cuteness factor, but it turned out to be really practical, too, to the point that I brought one to work, professionalism be damned. The material prevents slipping and sliding without needing clips or a ledge, which means that you can turn the phone any direction you want and that it's really hard to slide it off a table. It doesn't wobble when you type on your phone, because of its weight and probably also because the silicone sort of absorbs the shock. Can't believe I'm writing an extended review of a dino phone stand ,but I answer many texts throughout the day as part of my work and this has legit made my daily life better, so here we are.

I bought this little guy to hold my cell phone while I practiced yoga, and I was thrilled with what I got. The dinosaur is sturdy, practical, and adorable. My phone is in a slightly chunky case (an otter box), but it fits perfectly both vertically and horizontally. The angle is perfect for following along to yoga videos, and the color is a rich, retro teal-blue shade. The material it's made from keeps the dino from moving too much if I bump it, which is great, considering I'm still new to yoga and a little clumsy. It's also fairly small--it fits in the palm of my hand--which makes it easy to take when I travel. Don't let the size fool you, though. It held my mother and sister in law's significantly larger iPhones in their respective cases. I will totally be purchasing more of them to give as gifts. The price is great, and they are so handy and adorable.

Cute, does what it says. I wish there was a way to have it upright and be able to have the charger plugged in - I mean I wasn't expecting that but I wish there was a way to do that. I really like it because it is rubber and when the phone vibrates it doesn't make a bunch of noise. I wanted this for work, and all the other kinds I saw that you could have upright and plugged in were metal or hard plastic - these make way too much noise when the phone vibrates. I work in a very quiet office, even just having the phone laying on my desk when it vibrates is extremely noisy for my office. But this will work fine. Heavy enough to be sturdy, looks like it will last a long time. The blue I got was very true to the color shown in the pictures.

At first, I bought a dino holder that was just like this off Etsy (which was clearly a 3D print that is publicly available somewhere, because there're bunches of them, and they have the telltale ridge lines). My son took it back with him to college, and I wanted another one. This one was a bit more expensive, but I was convinced by the pictures that someone had tried to make the design better. And they did. It does say "made in China." This is not made of filament (what I was expecting). instead it feels like silicone. That helps it not slide around when holding the phone, and makes for a more symmetrical piece. It holds a large phone with a bump on the back for a flimsy stand securely, even with the charging wire tugging at it. It's a cute thing that can sit on my desk and act as a fidget for people. It also allows me a small screen to watch something while I work without having to mess around with windows on my monitors, or look above them. It comes in a variety of colors. I got one of the purple ones hoping that it would match my 8Bitdo controller. Not a match, but they still go together. Something not shown is that it's hollow with no bottom. That doesn't have any impact on how well it holds the device. I didn't have a second phone on hand to take a picture, so I just threw my Kindle Paperwhite on there in it's cover to show how well it holds it. I generally don't give out five stars unless something earns the fifth star. Overall, I'm quite pleased.

This little guy is the cutest! I have a small side table next to my couch that has to hold a lot of junk, including my phone. I figured it would save space if I could set my phone upright. My new favorite chill buddy holds my phone upright and has a small enough foot print that I save a good amount of surface area on my table. He's a rubbery silicone material, is about 2" tall by 2.7" long by 1.25" wide. I did get the 'luminous' color and he does noticeably glow in the dark, just not for very long. I'm tempted to grab a second one in another color for by my desk.
