Apparently, my 1st review for 1 star didn’t pass bc I cant find it, but I promised to update. So, here I am. Like several other customers I did not receive my entire order at first. Having read similar reviews I got anxious and immediately disputed the charges while I tried to figure out how to get assistance since Amazon showed id received all 5 pieces. Thankfully, the remainder of the set showed up the next day, and I withdrew my dispute. I actually love it. I’m grateful my story had a positive end. Easy to assemble. We were missing a small part and emailed customer service about it. They had trouble understanding what part we needed and we still haven’t received it. Not sure we ever will, but it is fine without it I guess. It was a cap for the bottom of a leg piece. Love the rockers, but the love seat is smaller than I expected. ... show more

We really like this new set. It’s comfy and looks great. There were a couple pieces that arrived with scratches and marks on them, that’s the only reason I marked them down a star.

    • Missing pieces
1 star because my order didn't come as I was hoping it would. We were missing the single chair and the side table. Returned the same day. Otherwise I opened the box for 2 seater, it would've been perfect.

I assembled these by myself (along with several other matching pieces, as shown in the picture) and had no issues. They were easy to assemble, and are quite comfortable to use. My only complaint is that the first time it rained I had rust puddles on my deck from nearly every piece of furniture here...not cool. Since I'd rather not have my deck stained a rust color, I'll be working on sealing every single opening I can find, but I shouldn't have to go through that. ... show more

Its a nice looking set, but the couch doesn't have a lot of support and sags if a heavier person sits in it. The rocking chairs are the best part of this set.

    • Cute set but the love seat was stretched out
I love this set was easy to out together but the love seat was stretched out already and when I tried to contact the customer service they never answered. Not sure how to return just part of the set.
