I love these frying pans. I finally have a pan that sits flat for great heat distribution. It is very easy to clean, as well. I use the seasoning spray after each use so no problems with anything. The price for everything was great. The only problem I had was the first time I ordered it, it never arrived so I had to cancel the order and reorder it again. The second order came rather quickly. I purchased for my daughter who wanted to try cooking with cast iron. She cooks on an electric stove and complained about the time it took to heat the pans. I checked her stove coils which were working as they should. Electric coils are much slower to heat than gas stoves. The pans work great once they are up to the proper heat.
