Caveat is that I just got the couches yesterday. I will update if they fall apart quickly. I had very specific requirements for a new couch. Needed to be elevated enough that I could actually clean underneath it, preferably have storage, be made of a non-leather material that would be easy to clean (I have a bunch of animals in the house), be able to sleep one or more people, and most importantly it needed to fit my fairly small and akwardly sized living room. This checked all the boxes and for about $1500 (with a coupon and taxes). Shipping was fast, within 4 days from ordering, and I didn't even need to look at the directions because of how intuitive it was to put everything together. Took me about 2 hours from start to finish including unboxing with a little help. Was worried about the indovidual pieces shifting a little given the way they attach together but as long as I'm not dive-bombing into the couch it hasn't been a problem. The couches are firm and quite comfy. The material is a vegan faux leather and very nice. Adequately deep. Could easily sleep on one though if you are taller than 5'9" you might need to put 4 in a row and a couple on the side to be comfortable. The storage is really great. Easily fit bedding, extra pillows, board games, extra video game stuff, knitting material, etc. Every single couch has storage and can be accessed pretty easily, even the corner pieces. Absolute game changer in a house that is 100+ years old with minimal storage. Given the couches all come in separate boxes and aren't too heavy by themselves this makes it ideal for apartments or second stories since you don't need to really worry about the couch fitting around corners or up stairs (unless you have a non-code compliant building I guess). The only downside at this point is that couch backings aren't as sturdy as the rest of the couch. Fine if you have them up against a wall but if not don't lean too hard against them as they do have some give. Also too narrow to sit on if you like to do that, and there is a gap in the corners where the corners are. For the price and ability to easily and quickly change the layout I really don't mind it but if you have a bunch of young kids who like to swing and jump off of the furniture I might either make sure they are up against a wall or find something a bit sturdier. tl:dr Comfy couch, awesome storage, flexible layout, couch backings are the only weak link and not a deal-breaker. Fyi the white strips in the photo are cat tape to keep my brother's cat from wrecking the material until my couch throws come in.

I ordered this LLappuil Modular Sectional Sofa with Storage, Faux Leather Fabric 7 Seater Modular Sofa with Reversible Chaise, 112 Inch Convertible U Shape Sectional Couch with Ottomans because I wanted a fresh look in my living room. The items arrived in just a few days in separate boxes. I wish I had known that signature was required because it was a little challenging to coordinate my schedule to be home for delivery. I ordered the color Cognac, but I received the Brown instead. One reason I wanted the Cognac besides the lighter color is that it was faux leather, and the Brown is listed as a different material. Customer service was good about responding to my messages with my concern for the wrong color. I actually liked the new color which looks a little more gold or tan than brown, and figured the fabric may be better with pets, so I told them I would be willing to keep it as long as they honored the $200 coupon that came with the brown color. I was happy that they agreed to honor it. I have arthritis in my hands, but I found the items pretty easy to assemble. Each piece got easier as I figured things out. It was more challenging to break down all the boxes than to assemble the furniture! The furniture feels very well made, and it's pretty comfortable. I like the pillows that came with it a lot, but I added some nice marine-themed pillows that I thought would go great with the Cognac color, but they actually look pretty nice with the Brown, too. I love the look and the function of the sectional sofa, and it's comfortable, though a little on the firm side. There is plenty of storage. The only thing is that there are little gaps between the pieces when you assemble them, and the gap where I sit seems to like to swallow my remote and my cell phone. :) Still, it's easy to retrieve things when this happens, and I look forward to enjoying my furniture for many years to come!

We purchased the 10-seat Sectional. ALL eleven (11) boxes delivered together (4 days after ordering). The packaging was done extremely well. No skimping on the quality of the boxes or packing materials. Nothing was damaged in transit. The sectional is well designed, easy to assemble and we aren't locked into a "one way" design. The storage is an extra bonus. NOW, to get very serious. We have lots of family and company. Short, tall. Young, old. Everyone loves the way it sits (lays)! And, one last thing. One back cushion out of all that had a flaw. We sent the Seller a message with two pictures from different angles of the complete assembly. No questions, no hedging, no dragging their feet. The replacement was on it's way before we even checked for receipt of that message. We are very satisfied customers.

Fun couch for a beach house! I bought 2 sets and there are loads of configurations for parties, naps, cozy movie nights, etc. It was very well packaged and easy to put together. The couch is waterproof and withstands damp bathing suits and sunscreened skin. But it is also soft and does not stick to bare leggs like some pleathor does. The fact that every single piece has storage is a huge bonus. The color is soft blue, which works well with the water view. I researched extensively and was nervous about ordering because I knew I would not be able to ship it back if anything was wrong. But no worries at all. I had one small issue with my shipment and customer service was excellent. The seller actually cares about it's customers and my issue was promptly and fully resolved. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase high priced items from this seller in the future.
