I've been looking for a good liver detox supplement. This product has the most common ingredients for liver detox. I thought the capsules were a little large to swallow and tried dissolving the powder in a cup of water. Better just to swallow it as a capsule. Hope to see some good results in a few weeks.

These dietary supplements are made right here in the USA, and this seems to be a high quality product. One bottle holds a 30 day supply of liver support capsules. The capsules are to be taken 20-30 minutes before a meal. I was nervous about possible stomach upset if I took these on an empty stomach, but I had no adverse reactions. I tried to swallow 2 capsules in one gulp, they were difficult to swallow that way, I just will swallow 1 capsule at a time now. The capsules have a pleasant, grassy natural smell to them, but no taste that I could discern. These supplements should be agreeable for most everyone to take as they are non-GMO, vegan, and free of dairy, sugar, gluten and soy. They are a kosher product. I take these to help with sugar and fat metabolism and for liver health. There are many other health giving extracts and roots blended into these capsules so you are receiving many more benefits than from milk thistle and dandelion alone. My only reservation is the financial cost of purchasing these month after month. It is true that supplements will be more expensive if made right here in our country with high quality ingredients and in a safe cGMP facility.

This Live Support Supplement arrived well-sealed and contained 60 Capsules, with one Serving Size being 2 Capsules. The Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a bad Aftertaste. I like the Combination of Healthy Natural Ingredients and Proprietary Blend in this Supplement. So far, I haven’t experienced any bad Side Effects. So, I’ll continue taking these. Overall, this is a good Supplement for General Health, though, it’s a little Pricy.

The pills are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad aftertaste. I’ve only taken it for a month so I’ll see if my dr says anything good about my liver health, but I’ve noticed some of the spots on my skin have disappeared.

I started taking this about a month ago and believe the ingredients are beneficial to my digestive health. These ingredients are very good for overall general health as well. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no aftertaste. Made in the USA is an added plus! I take a variety of supplements and this does not seem to interfere with them.

I've been taking this for almost a month now, and believe it provides a real benefit. The product makes a lot of claims that I cant necessarily confirm, but I do know that these ingredients are very good for digestion and general health, especially the milk thistle. I've been dieting, and this has helped keep me on track. Make sure to take about a half hour before a meal. Highly recommended!
