I didn’t even want to give one star but that’s the lowest option. My plants weren’t cheap. I purchased two trees. I received two cut branches with dried straggly roots. I nurtured them for nearly 7 weeks and not one leaf sprouted. I purposely took a picture of them when I opened the packages because I was very disappointed with what I received. What arrived was a stick with a few stringy looking things attached at the bottom (roots?) No instructions, no helpful hints such as : put it in water, let it hydrate before u plant it or put it into soil immediately & water frequently, place it in the sun? Shade? I had no idea how to proceed. So I placed it into a large plant pot with rich soil, gave it water & exposed to sunlight, gave it a dose of plant nourishment. Followed the instructions, and it's still the same useless stick that they sent me. It's not even big enough to use to play fetch with my dog, or stir paint. Therefore, it scores 100% in overall uselessness. I want a refund!!!
