This knife has no internal temp control at all. It will actually cook the honey right onto the blade. I have already returned it.

    • Too hot
The price is hard to beat, but the knife still overheats and burns the honey and wax. Needs to be unplugged when not actively in use and replugged in which leads to delays in the harvesting time while extracting honey. Still at the price point I can still say this product is worth the purchase.
