I have to say that I am always hesitant to buy clothes online as you never know if you will get what is described. This shirt jacket was absolutely worth the purchase! I ordered a medium as the photos looked like it might fit big. I normally wear a large. The medium fits just right if you like a good fit in the shoulders and not too baggy. If you like a very loose fit, order a large. The length is as shown and I was most impressed with the quality! It is light weight but very warm and it DOESN'T WRINKLE when you sit in your car, etc!! Once I received it and fluffed it up in the dryer for a few minutes. it hasn't wrinkled since. The only thing that I wish manufacturers (not only this one) would do is sew or tack the inside front seams. I will order more! ... show more

I like the length, but I'm tall-ish (5'8"). If you're a shorter person, this will be very long on you. If you're taller, this is a good choice. The "flannel" isn't your typical thick, fuzzy stuff so don't expect it. If washing goes well, thumbs up. If not, I'll be back to say so.
