I received my 2 bar stools only to find that it was missing 3 of the bolts that goes to the back of the bar stools. Both of the wooden backings were slightly damaged. One had a small chunk of wood missing from the top and the other had splintered split wood in the center of the backing.

The company refunded my money, even though I was outside of Amazon's return window. They were responsive and professional in their communication. Good news: these went together well and are sturdy. Bad news: not comfortable, seat is very small and the foot rest is too low when the seat is at bar height. I think if they were not expanded to full height they might be ok, but we need them at full bar height and unless you have very long legs, they are not comfortable because your legs dangle. But they do look ok and seem to be holding up at our restaurant. ... show more
