**UPDATE** A rep from Lisen reached out to me to offer me another product. Which I'm happy about because I really like the look of Lisen products so I thought I would give them another chance. I just received a new holder that also charges. I'm excited about that. It seems very very sturdy and hard to move, so I can already tell this one is going to last a lot longer. I can't wait to install it in my car. They had great service and I appreciate that. Customer Service is everything! I do like how this looks, sleek and modern. But it wouldn’t hold my phone up. Phone ended up resting on my dash. And today it broke. I don’t pull to hard or push it on, the magnet is strong and does the job quite well, but didn’t last very long.

Cons: 1. The pivot on the magnetic ring is placed on the wrong side of the ring. It reduces the versatility of the mount a lot. 2. The rotation of the base occurs too easily, and causes the mount to rotate the phone during turning, which is undesirable. Pros: 1. The adhesive used, and the size of the base are all good 2. The magnets hold to my particular phone case quite well 3. The pivot points on the arm and again on the magnet ring are sturdy and don't move around a lot. 4. Someone had complained the arm was plastic at some point. The product I received appears to have a metal arm, not a plastic one.
