The media could not be loaded. I really liked this phone holder. It was magnetic and held onto my phone with an iron grip. The problem, however, was the fact that no matter how tight I tightened the mechanisms, I could not get it to stay in the upright position it kept falling down, pointing my phone screen towards the floor and not allowing me to see, the GPS screen. From first use, it would start to fall gradually (Maybe after I hit a particularly hard bump). By the time I got to my destination, about 1hr later, it got worse falling immediately and repeatedly. I sent it back. I’ll have to find another one. *** UPDATE 09/04/2023 *** Lisen's Customer Service reached out to me about my issue. They were really nice and I hope the video I sent to them helps to find a solution to this much reported issue. *** UPDATE 09/11/2023 *** Lisen's Customer Service sent me another of these mounts to test for them. I've been using it for about a week now. It is holding firm and isn't dropping or shifting at all. I was able to set it up, position it, and it is staying there. I'll come back and update if it starts acting up. *** FINAL UPDATE 01/27/2025 *** Well folks, it happened. On 01/11/2025, my phone mount broke. We had a solid 16 months before the track that holds the magnetic ring broke off on the tip. I scooted the ring down and tightened it there and it worked for another week before the entire side of the track broke off and that was the end of the road. While I won’t say that I’m not disappointed (Nothing is made to last anymore nowadays), I was happy to have gotten the chance to test their improved product. I’d 10/10 buy it again.

I like it, it works. I gave it four stars instead of five because I have one of their other models that is also a wireless charger and I feel that it is more sturdy than this model. Now, if I didn’t already purchase a better model I would probably say that this one was awesome! However, it is still a good phone mount. The magnet works very well.

Ok so I never leave reviews, but I just installed and tried this phone holder and am so happy with it that I wanted to share with everyone how great it is. It’s simple yet adjustable - I wanted my phone to be up and away from the vent so that it’s easy for me to reach and see the screen, and I was able to make all the vertical and angular adjustments I needed. It’s super sturdy - I expected my iPhone 14 pro to flop around since the phone is kinda heavy but it doesn’t at all. The instructions are very clear and took me 10 seconds to install onto my vent. The magnet is super strong and holds onto my iphone very well even through a silicone Apple phone case. I did a ton of research before I got this. I decided on a vent one bc the kinds that stuck to dashboards/windshields all had reviews saying they lost adhesion in hot weather bc the adhesive would kinda melt, so I decided to go with a vent one since it’s hot where I live. So if you’re looking for a vent phone holder: you can stop researching now, this one is a solid option.

I’ve been using one of these holders for about 4 months. After trying several, I found that this one works best—excellent hold on the air vent, strong magnet to hold the phone, and it’s adjustable at 2 points. Overall, the best I’ve found on the market after searching and trying others for 4 years. A friend drove my vehicle and after using the holder and liking it, I ordered this one for him. I always try to be fair and honest with my reviews. Thought this product would be great to due to the adjustability and description. After getting it, that was not the case. First issue was does not have a "metal arm" that holds it in place, it is a small piece of metal incased in plastic and not "metal" as advertised. I feel this would break after a while. Second it did not fit my round vents, that was not stated and may be something the seller wants to address. This unit is bigger than most. The way it goes together is simple enough but it sticks out (3.5 inches) and (4 inches) tall so it throws off the center of balance, making it top/front heavy. I was able to try it on a friends car and it under preformed, as stated the way it sticks out so far made it bounce and vibrate to the point I thought it would break the vent. I will say that I did like the adjustability and the magnet ring held the phone well even with all the vibrating. In the end it was not for me but may work for you, I returned the product and went a one that fits the round vent type I have and it works great.

I have spent a small fortune over the years on cell phone holders for the car, and none have measured up until now. This holder is truly a great fit for my car, super sturdy, NOT bulky, easy to install, easy to rotate if it's in the way of your radio or dials and stays secure while driving. I have an SUV that is less than smooth on the road and the holder kept my phone in place. I love reading reviews and seeing pictures posted about items whether it's good or bad, as it helps me to decide if the product is worth the purchase, but I rarely take the time to write a review myself. This time I felt this item is so worthy of a 5 star review I had to write this. You won't be disappointed. The holder is top quality and the price is a great deal!
