After seven months, my 2-year-old daughter still loves playing with this and whenever we have guests, their kids love it too! Great product. Perfect size for toddlers. Note: there are 2 boxes. Box A arrived within a couple days. Box B was delivered 3 weeks later. There is only 1 delivery status. So when box A arrived, Amazon said it was delivered. 🙄 I started a return stating the issue. But waited to see if Box B would show up before sending box A back. Glad we waited. If you are ordering for a certain occasion (Xmas, birthday ect), could be a time issue for you. The company knows it is an issue as it is printed on the cardboard boxes... "This is box A. Do not try to put together without box B. Box A and Box B may not be delivered together." I would have given 5 stars if not for the boxes arriving separately and so far apart time wise.

I received this item I purchased for my children so they could have something to play with indoors due to the cold weather right now. However they crammed whatever they could in one small box . They’re were so many missing items I couldn’t believe I spent $300 on this. So disappointing . I was missing an entire slide and the entire half section of the playground that includes the second slide the swing set and all of its attachments and also the basketball hoop. I had to attempt to repackage them purchase tape and use the whole amount to get it secured into the box again so that I can send back for a replacement and now my children will miss out for Christmas on this gift I really thought would b there favorite one . I am not happy and there is no way to contact the merchant . I would not recommend this product and I will keep everyone updated when I receive second replacement item from the maker. Plz be aware UPDATE************** SO I HAVE RECEIVED ALL NECESSARY PIECES I EVEN HAVE EXTRA PIECES NOW THANKS TO AMAZON SENDING ME MULTIPLE BOXES. I wish they were clear on how many boxes would arrive with the pieces necessary for assembly however I cannot complain. Anyone missing pieces feel free to contact me @ [email protected] and just briefly state what piece you need if you are able to just take a picture from site or item description on ad. We can work things out so your child may experience all the fun filled action this awesome gift playground set has to offer. My children all love ages 1-4 1/2 . It is well worth it however BEWARE it is pretty large and takes up quite a lot of space so be prepared to sacrifice a room or your living room lol

The playset is easy to assemble and fun to play with. The instructions are simple and clear. Only took us less than 30 mins to assemble. It’s a bit small for 3 year old kids but good for my younger one who is 1 year old.

I bought this set a year ago. With a recently turned 2 year old, she found so much joy in the slides and the stairs. However, the swing is not worth the extra money. It caused more frustration than it did fun. I recommend the set without the swing. Quality is good. Hasn’t faded in color. Careful if you move it around, the steps might break!

Excellent indoor playground for my grandchildren. All plastic parts and no sharp edges to injure children. No instructions were sent with the playground. I had a half sheet with pictures that were so small you could not see the picture well. I scanned the QR code and watched the video which was helpful. Fabulous choice for my grandchildren to play no matter what the weather may present. They love the slide and platform with the telescope.
