This is my second bottle of Qunol’s Liquid Turmeric. I take it on a daily basis and found that it not only tastes good, but has really made a difference in the way I feel. I mainly got the turmeric for anti inflammatory reasons. I recently went on vacation and forgot to take the turmeric with me. I noticed within a couple of days I was feeling more pain in my legs and lower back. I really wished I had brought it along. I purchased this item as it said soft gels making me think chewable. It's not only chewable it's not soft gel. They are very large capsules that I cannot swallow. I reordered a bottle that said gummies. It's not qunol but gummies are chewable.
