The taste is actually kind of yummy after you get used to it, and it's an easy way to get 1000 mg of turmeric instead of through a big horse pill or two capsules, Must be refrigerated, so you need the capsules if you're traveling. I was skeptical about seeing any real benefit from turmeric, but my son and I both now swear by it because we feel great and his allergies have been much better this summer, and it's due to less inflammation.

This is my second bottle of Qunol’s Liquid Turmeric. I take it on a daily basis and found that it not only tastes good, but has really made a difference in the way I feel. I mainly got the turmeric for anti inflammatory reasons. I recently went on vacation and forgot to take the turmeric with me. I noticed within a couple of days I was feeling more pain in my legs and lower back. I really wished I had brought it along. I recommend Qunol’s Liquid Turmeric and I will be purchasing more in the near future.

I have always had bad knees and now have one that has been totally full of fluid for almost a year everyday and am heading to surgery at some point and injections were not keeping the fluid down. Someone recommended this product and I have been taking it everyday for a month and a half and my knee is totally fluid free and most of the pain is gone. I purchased this item as it said soft gels making me think chewable. It's not only chewable it's not soft gel. They are very large capsules that I cannot swallow. I reordered a bottle that said gummies. It's not qunol but gummies are chewable.

It's only been a week but this morning I realized I had no pain! Typically, my joints ache when I wake up and it usually takes a few minutes to get moving.
