  • PIECE OF CRAP. PORCELAIN IS THIN USELESS LAYER ALSO.
I would give this a zero if possible. Stored a month until son was here from military to help me. Back part of commode was broke. Toliet flushed for times then broke. Company said all I could do was send it back for refund. Im a disabled widow and explained I lived alone and didnt drive. They left me with defective toliet. Because I spent on this I couldn't afford new one so I still have to manually fill commode basin to flush so now a bowl sits in my sink. DO NOT BUY THIS COMMODE. Foot pedal has cracked also now. Exactly what I was looking for. I’m still in the process of installing it, but the quality is exactly what I was expecting.

  • WORST PRODUCT !!!!!!!
After I installed this it lasted 2 days . I bought it before we had pulled the camper out from being winterized figuring I would have it there when I was ready to put it in . The toilet looked great in there but the second day the valve quit letting the water come in by the pedal so I tried getting ahold of the seller and used the shower handle to fill the toilet until they would get back with me to trade it out because it was a defective BUT the next day the hole pedal system broke off 🤬 so I went to camping world and bought another new one because of no reply I guess I learned a lesson !!!! ... show more

  • Not cheap junk
If you live in your rv this is what you want. I've had to replace three of the "rv" toilets in the last two years. One of those I had to replace the toilet two times because of poor design. I do not see that happening this time. The toilet is so much better. I contacted the customer support on a issue and they were very good to speak to. It appeared they really gave a d@mn about my issue. This is the type of folks you want to deal with. If you speak English then these folks talk your language. I am very pleased I made the correct choice this time. ... show more

  • Sturdy Replacement for Stock Toilet
An RV toilet upgrade was long overdue, having dealt with the stock plastic toilet for over two years. The new porcelain toilet arrived well packaged and fully intact with no damage or visible issues. Installation was straight forward requiring only basic knowledge of rv repairs. I connected the toilet using a 1/2in SharkBite push-to-connect shut off valve (no special tools required) to aid in any future repairs. The water feeds more evenly around the inside of the toilet as opposed to the stock toilet in which it sprayed around the bowl. However, the valve located in the foot pedal arrived deficient and only fed water 3-4 times before there was no means of using the toilet without manually pouring water into it. I ordered an aftermarket valve replacement and once in place, we have not had any further issues. Overall, the porcelain toilet is much more sturdy, less noisy, easily cleaned and far better made than its predecessor. It functions as simply as other RV toilets with one push of the pedal. It looks more clean and “homely” than the previous toilet as well. As for the value for money, I would have expected the toilet to be fully functional straight out of the packaging. Being we experienced issues with, and ultimately had to replace the foot pedal valve, is why I gave this product 4/5 stars. ... show more

  • Leaks and Does not Fill bowl. CHEAP!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS TOILET! I did and installed it and left on a trip. It was leaking around the gasket. We did nothing as I did not have another toilet gasket. I ordered on and when we got home I reinstalled it to find out that it was to small like the first one to seal around the flange. The leaver to add water would never do it, kept trying but had to add water from a pitcher. I called customer support and got a person that knew nothing about the toilet other than what was read off a sheet they kept repeating water flow. To get the toilet valve repaired, I have to send in a request with serial number and photos and a video, and description as well as an invoice where it was purchased. Now for the bad part, I had to get my fold down door modified to accept the higher toilet. If i go with another manufacturer I will have to get another door made to match which will be more than a new toilet. Stupid me! So, I contacted Lippert toilets with a warranty claim and they denied it because the toilet was purchased on Amazon but through a third party seller (4WheelOnline). I have to spend more money to get the toilet valve assembly repaired. ... show more

  • Very poor quality
Much like the other reviews here the toilet broke on the first day after being installed. The flush valve handle snapped off and the toilet will not flush and is stuck open.
