I have been taking berberine capsules for about a year and have only seen mild improvements in my labs. My energy was unaffected and I still had food noise. I couldn't take a higher therapeutic dose because of digestive issues and a GLP 1 was too expensive. So I decided to try a liquid berberine hoping I might have better absorption. I had my labs drawn after 3 months and also ran out of my supplements on the same day. I had to wait a week for more to come in and went back to the capsules. My food noise came back, along with brain fog and reduced energy. This stuff had been helping more than I realized. My labs started coming in and they showed an improvement in A1c and fasting glucose. I immediately ordered more. It's a bit pricier than the capsules, but paired with good nutrition and lifestyle changes this is a great tool to better health. The taste is mild and earthy. I wouldn't want to drink it for pleasure, but it's benign enough to take daily.

I am super surprised with how well this works, it has greatly helped control my sugars.Keep me less bloated, and has also helped me lose some.Weight as well. I love that it is sugar free.Especially when it comes to helping my sugar control, it doesn't add to it. It's a very pleasant taste open using it for a while now.And i'm definitely seeing some great benefits. The fact that this is a liquid, it gets directly into the bloodstream.Very quickly and is more active than a capsule would be and I do highly recommend this.

I loved this supplement. The liquid formula is absorbed much better than capsules, and the Ceylon cinnamon flavor is very pleasant. It's easy to take, and I like that it's sugar-free. Plus, being 12-in-1, it's very complete and convenient. Since I started using it, I've noticed more energy and better control of my blood sugar levels. 100% recommended.

Package was intact but the product was broken. I did not use it because I feared ingesting glass. I took it out of the package and removed the cap, to my surprise the dropper was broken. I put the cap back on and gently shook it. I could hear the other portion of the glass pipette in the jar. Not sure how this happened but I won't risk it. The break looks extremely smooth and even. This clearly didn't happen due to force or being dropped.

I tried this to help bring down my blood sugar levels, as I'm trying to reduce use of gummie supplements. I couldn't see a specific line or amount on the dropper to indicate the proper dose, so I felt like I was guessing. I didn't see a significant change in my blood sugar readings after taking this, so I don't know if it is an improper dosing issue or product not working with my body. I experienced no stomach upset using this product. I think if they added a clearly visible line to the dropper it would help provide user confidence that we are dosing properly.
