What is keeping this from a 5-star rating is: 1) the item came in 2 shipments, 3 days apart and the boxes were damaged, falling apart making it difficult for me to get it in the apartment; 2) the USB/electronic set up has poor instructions. The illustration and connector provided does not match what is actually on the product. The ambient lighting feature and USB charging feature is therefore useless. ... show more

I needed to swap my bed out for something that could be stowed away, on account of me having a very small bedroom and needing to get to the window (to put in or take out a window unit a/c) and sweep regularly (for my allergies). Basically, I'm forced to use a one-night-only bed as my forever bed. The stairs are very steep and narrow, the ceiling is very low, and I'm not young and strong, but I was still able to get the heaviest, largest part up the stairs without help. And it fits my tiny room with space on the sides for my nightstands. Easy to fold up, easy to put away. The mattress is thin but okay. I like the slats (firm but bouncy), but my floor is very uneven (old house and I'm a renter) so I needed to buy risers and a board thingie to put under the mattress so I couldn't feel the bar. I know, I have special circumstances and you shouldn't judge the product one way or the other for that. I LOVE the cup holders, way more than I thought I would. It’s a great couch for the money and looks great in my daughter’s play room. The pullout couch is even comfortable. It’s pretty firm so I can’t sit on it for long periods of time but the back cushions are nice and plush.

I bought this sofa for a guest room/office. The sofa is a bit firm but I love that, I didn’t need another couch I was sinking into. So as a seat it’s pretty darn comfortable. As a bed, it’s even better. First; it was the perfect size - all the pull out sofas I was coming across were too big for my spacers. This was just right, and it’s great for one person but I bet you could squeeze 2 on there. Second; the mattress it comes with is very comfortable. The frame is excellent as well. 3 people have slept on it after purchasing and they all said they were surprised at how comfortable it was, and they slept well. I might consider getting an additional mattress topper just to maximize that comfort. Also; I’m writing this review as I’m laying on the mattress. ... show more
