So I'm an idiot and initially put them on backwards. This nearly lead to tragedy when I gave a heavy old synth a a final tug and ripped out all the nuts. Coming to my senses, and confirming how they are actually to be used, they work just fine. Heaviest unit in my rack is probably 25 pounds on a 2 post mount with nothing below it and it is perfectly secure.

Ordered them and they arrived within a few days. These are much easier to manage than the ones that sometimes ship with equipment. Getting these into position requires a lot less force than OEM. The only problem is they can be pushed out if you apply too much pressure on the screw. Speaking of the plastic washers that they come with do a pretty good job of protecting the equipment.

The cage nuts work, but I was missing one set of bolt/nut/washer, so really 49, not 50 The nut clip is also a bit on the softer side, and the lips that attach to the cage seem a bit narrow A decent enough product since I was able to secure a 70+ lb UPS with them with no major issue

Needed some cage nuts for my home IT lab I put together for IT Certification Training and these fit the bill nicely. The screws had a bit smaller heads on them than the ones that came with my rack but they are holding my gear just fine. I'm a pretty big guy and I torqued them down pretty good and didn't strip the phillips head of any of them so far. From looking at other places, this is a good value at the 9.99 price I paid. Mine did NOT come with any of the plastic rings shown in the photo. Now that I'm writing the review, I just noticed they were supposed to come with it....as I looked at several offerings. Let me write them and see what they do. I'll try to update with my experience....so I guess I didn't submit the review but it was saved. I reached out to the seller and they sent me out the washers very quickly! Thank you for great customer service AND a good set of cage nuts for my 7' tall server rack home lab with Cisco gear and a Dell 1U server.
