PROS: It was really easy to assemble. Didn’t really even need the instructions. Took maybe an hour at most for two people. It’s definitely firm, but i like it. The back cushions are pretty thin, but I put pillows on mine anyway so it’s fine. LOVE the blue color, but wish it was available in Rubik III too. Definitely an excess of Allen Wrenches (ended up with 5, haha). The storage really is super awesome and really large in my opinion. The best part of the whole thing I’d say CONS: Only major downsides so far is that the velcro doesn’t stay put on the ottoman cushions, but i’m just going to sew them on and it should be fine. The actual downside is that the back of the couch is really low, like basically knee level. It should be fine against a wall, but in the middle of the room it’s a little uncomfortable. The additional headrests you can purchase seem a bit too tall for comfort. so, I just wish there was maybe a bit fuller of a back cushion to give it some more support. I’ll probably just end up add some more cushion to make it how I’d like. All in all very worth it to me for the storage and how compact it is. I’d recommend it to others, but would tell them to keep those two cons in mind. ... show more

I live in a small space so I ordered a love seat, fits great, looks great and I have all kinds of storage and an extra place for a guest to sleep. I couldn't have asked for better. Everything went together very easily and was comfortable. Unfortunately it didn’t fit me. I am a little over six feet tall. This made the height of the armrests and the seats to short. The different customer service folks I spoke to were all very helpful in getting my return completed.

I love our new couch. I even bought an extra ottoman, headrests and loveseat ottoman set. It's nice and firm where it helps my posture but not too firm, it still has a comfy bounce to it. I even take nice naps on it. The storage space is very helpful as well. Just make sure someone is home to recieve the couch because its delivered in multiple boxes. This is better than I expected! I'm 82 and was able to assemble the 3 seats and a set of arms myself, configured into a loveseat with chaise and a separate chair. They are very comfortable for sitting on, and it's nice to curl up on it with my dog for an afternoon nap when the sun is streaming through my apartment window. I love the hidden storage under every seat, and I love that I can reconfigure it any way I want, add additional pieces to it, or change the washable covers to a different color or print. This is the perfect set for both regular use and for epic movie nights! The littles love having space to stash their things and we love that it’s machine washable. Had an issue getting the full delivery, but company was very responsive and helpful.
