I'm actually impressed on this card and the company's attention to details. Can't get better specs, the chips are directly from Intel. This will future proof your PC for a while! They also include all needed instructions and tool. Instructions have pictures and are very clear. They also include everything in anti static bags. The only "problem", and being really picky here, was that the bluetooth needs further download/installation but again, it's all instructed and this is on Intel and Microsoft itself. Wifi just worked out of the box but still installed updated drivers from Intel. Pros: - Really good price - Intel chips - Future proof, Bluetooth 5.2 and WiFi 6! - Really looks and feels like a premium card - Super easy to install - Comes with tool and installation instructions (hardware and software) - Everything is carefully packed - Wifi worked out of the box Cons: - Bluetooth not plug n play but comes with installation instructions (super easy to follow)

This thing works . I was skeptical. I am not computer hardware literate. I was a little confused due to a usb connector being on the device and had no available port to plug it into. After calling customer service of the builder of the computer, pc laptops in SLC, who said that the usb wasn’t necessary, I popped it into the slot and has worked fine for me. Is it the best for the money?, I have no clue. For my needs, it is adequate. I am an occasional user and definitely not a gamer.

Had no issues installing this. Works great! Took less than 6 minutes to download a 9GB game through steam on a 500Mbps service. Bluetooth is a plus and works great as well. The speed test was done at 8 pm with several devices on my network streaming.

Good and easy to install. For a weird reason they sent a mini disk for driver installation lol. haven't seen one in more than a decade.

Improved the quality of signal for my desktop. It did not increase the overall speed noticeably, but I needed a better reception that stayed steady. Also, I was able to use the third stream on my Wi-Fi Tri-band modem exclusively for my desktop which I think helped quite a bit. Glad I got it! Now that I have switched to Gig fiber, my Wi-Fi speeds are up over 500 Mbps up and down instead of 115 Mbps up and 12 Mbps down. Note that wired Internet is about 850 to 950 Mbps up and down on this same computer, so as long as I have this set up within reach of RJ45, it stays on wired.

On literally the 31st day of my purchase, as in 1 day after my return window closed with Amazon, I was adjusting the antennas on the back. As I was turning one of them the actual physical connector on the board disconnected from the board allowing the antenna and the connection point so simply fall off. Basically instead of the antenna itself turning or unthreading from the mount point the mounting point itself broke. The card was only 4 weeks old and was actually only in use about two of those weeks. Being that I was Just outside of my return period i was hoping the seller would offer to exchange the card directly under warranty. After a week I have heard nothing back from the seller and instead just have a broken wireless card. I would not recommend this card given the price point and the sellers complete lack of response to any inquiries about their products. While it worked the card was fine. The drivers are from Intel and the seller is really just repacking their chipset. Maybe you will have better luck and perhaps I just got a defective card but what really matters is the seller responding to those issues and in this case radio silence.

This seems to be a fine card, but let down by the connection to the antenna. The threaded mounting screws are not secured to the rigid antenna wire by anything, nor is there enough threading to place a lock nut on the interior side to secure the antenna connection.The result is that the antenna either rotates freely around the wire, or just falls off. I bought this because in an effort to tighten the antenna on my prior card, I apparently twisted the antenna wire itself and it broke. Very disappointed that this card was just as bad. Granted, you are very unlikely to twist and shear the antenna wire. But you are also unlikely to get the antenna to stay in any position but pointing straight down. And it falls off altogether if you aren't really careful. I'm currently holding the antenna upright with duct tape. It works, but...
