This is an alright chair. The head rest is a great feature and I like the lumbar support. The thing that would make this a true winner in my mind is if the lumbar support was more supportive and adjustable, like my other office chair.

I've assembled a few chairs in my days, but this has got to be the easiest char I've ever assembled. Everything was packaged well and there are only a few bolts to screw in. It comes with all of the necessary tools to put the chair together and even comes with rollerblade wheels instead of plastic caster wheels. I really like how the arms attach. They're not bolted on rather secured with a locking mechanism. Makes putting it together or taking apart much easier. After a few turns of the allen wrench here and there and you've got yourself a very nice office chair. I like how the chair seat and back are made out of mesh rather than fake leather like my old gaming chair. Chairs with foam cushion eventually lose their firmness over time and become less comfortable. Mesh material feels better and doesn't get as hot or cold either. The seat can tilt fairly far back. It has a locking mechanism to keep the tilt in a certain angle. I noticed that even if you release the lock the seat stays tilted until you recline it back first until you hear a click, then it tilts back to the upright position. Lumbar support can be adjusted, but only outward and not up or down. Still works for my height (5'7"). Seat at the lowest position seems a bit higher than my old gaming chair, but it's not a big deal. The arms adjust inward or outward, and forward and backward, as well as up and down, which is great. The foam padding is comfortable although one of my arms had a small dent in it, probably from how it was packaged. Not a big deal, and hopefully it pops up over time. My only gripe about this chair is that I wished the wheels were a little bigger. My carpet is pretty shaggy so it doesn't move around smoothly. Can easily be fixed if I replace them with bigger rollerblade wheels or buy a floor mat. Overall, one of the, if not the easiest office chairs I've ever assembled, and made really well. I'd highly recommend this product.

This is a comfortable office chair. It is well padded yet firm to sit in. The head rest is movable and easy to adjust. I do find the arm rests a little high, but I am also abnormally short for an adult. Lol. Overall, it's very comfortable, assembly was easy, and I'm pleased.

A solid chair that is a good alternative to Aeron, best of all it comes with a headrest and feels almost as good as our Herman Miller chair at a fraction of the cost. I love that it comes with a headrest, unlike the Miller which required spending another $120 for.

I recently started paying attention to my posture and how I can improve it. My old work chair was just a basic chair this one is much more comfortable. I feel better sitting for long hours as well. It was fairly easy to assemble just heavy.

This chair is nice. It's somewhat light, rolls nicely, and is pretty comfortable. I just have a hard time justifying spending this much on a chair. You could probably find similar cheaper.

This chair is perfect for a home office. It was okay to assemble I am not great at putting things together so I am sure if I had my husband do it her wouldn't have had any problems. Good chair and a good price for this chair.

I was not sure if I was gonna like this mesh style chairs but now im in love. Its super comfortable, breathable and pretty ergonomic. Ive been using it for almost a week and I have to say im amazed. I think im not gonna be able to change from this type of chairs.
