    • Back of Chair Hurts Spine
When I lean back on the chair, the bottom of the back/top of the lumbar support protrudes enough to hurt my back. It does not flex at all and can be painful. The chair is comfortable other than that. I'm past the return deadline. Now looking for a 1" pad to cover it.

In home office chair. Used very little and the lower back support has come apart twice. I would certainly recommend that any potential buyer find another chair. Reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one this has happened to.

At first I thought because of the 400+weight limit and the dimensions that this chair would be great for my 6’-2” 325lbs. The seat is only 20” at it widest but the contour doesn’t work to support your glutes or thighs, it just presses into them. The mesh is got joined to the frames, it’s a folded seam, stretched over and just wedged into a slot along the perimeter. I’ve had this chair 2 months and I’ve had the the mesh come out of 2 seat frames and the one in the photo I can’t get back together. Maybe if I was smaller it would be a great chair but I’m not which is why I ordered this one… another Amazon experience of disappointment with their products. ... show more

Have had this chair for less than 3 months, purchased in July. The mesh material for the lumbar support piece has separated from the frame so it no longer gives the support I need for my back. Extremely disappointed. Would never purchase this product again.

I bought one and the mesh on the back support separated from the frame. Day #2, I sat down without reclining, then went to put my head on the head rest (still with out reclining) and the mesh separated. Asked for a replacement and the same thing happened after a week of usage. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!!!! Very poor quality. ... show more

    • Very good quality chair - but don't push too far back
The quality of the chair is great - wheels are unique - reminding me of roller blade wheels - sturdy with the chair and back support. The caveat is that do not push too hard - I actually flipped my chair by pushing too hard - just be aware.
