    • An OK to GOOD product-but over priced
The material on the seat is really nice, semi comfortable as far as just trying it out after I assembled it. Do not know the long term yet. I feel that the middle of the seat will sink as it wasn't completely firm throughout. I bought 2 chairs and the first one was a learning lesson to put together but the second one I put together in 10 about 10 minutes. One chair had a broken piece-on the side but not the piece where you rest your feet - it could possibly be glued as it won't be used to rest feet. The finish on the wood is a nice color-however it does get chipped easily so if there is a way to protect it with a clear coating then that would be helpful. The 2 chairs weren't exactly the same size when put side by side but not a big deal as they won't be sitting that way around the table. I feel that the cost was a bit too high for the product. Maybe $20.00 cheaper would have been ideal for me. But overall I am satisfied as it matches with my whole scheme in my home. ... show more

    • Very difficult to put together.
The chairs are beautiful but very difficult to put together. None of the screws matched their holes and I had to drill sand and re-do all the notches to fit in the holes. I practically had to remake the entire chair. Had no time to return and wait for parts to come. Very disappointed after paying so much money for each one ... show more

These look so great in person! They are simple to assemble with the easy to follow instructions, and they seem very sturdy so far. I love how the pattern isn’t the exact same on each stool giving it a more “authentic” cowhide look to them. The cloth these are made of is very soft as well, I highly recommend if you need new bar stools. ... show more

    • Cute bar stools, but...
These are such cute bar stools... I love the look of them. However, they were not easy to assemble. And, now that I have them all put together, they are uneven. I am going to have to buy stool levelers just to get them from rocking. The are fairly comfortable. However, there is a piece of fabric that attaches to the bottom of the stool with Velcro. As I sit in the stool and put my feet on the footrest, my calves rub on the Velcro. I think I'm just going to take that piece off (doesn't need to be there) and remove the Velcro that is on the stool. That should make it better. I originally ordered 4 of them. They arrived on time, and seemed to be packaged well. I got 3 of the stools put together. When I opened the box of the 4th... It was broken. However, Amazon took care of me very well... I shipped the broken one back and they sent me another one. ... show more

We purchased four of the bar stools for our man cave. We are very pleased for the price. Ours won't be used on a daily basis so I'm sure we won't have any issues. They look awesome and are sturdy enough. The person who said that it sounded like there were plastic bags inside the cushions that made noise and sounded cheap...??? Not for us! The material is perfect. They are a challenge to put together if you use the Allen wrench supplied, we used our power drill with the correct bit and it really makes all the difference. Its really a two person job. Bottom line don't hesitate. We are very happy with our purchase. ... show more

I got this chair in yesterday, and assembled it within 20 minutes. It adds the perfect amount of character to my office space. I have a taller than normal built in desk at 36" height, so this fit perfectly with that. The seat itself is also very comfortable and sturdy once put together. The only issue was that there were no pre-drilled holes for the slats that go on the sides of the chair, connecting the front and back legs, but I just added more force than usual, and was able to get the screws in fine.
