I would like to add here, customer service is dedicated to resolving customer concerns. Their hearing aid, simply was not of the caliber needed for my hearing disability. I ended up returning Pro: Arrived on time, packaged well, instructions were written in english with few gramatical errors Fits well with default ear 👂 cones Cons: Hard to get out of case. Battery 🔋 use plumets after only 10 mins, over 10 % used. Audio is OKAY 👌, failing as most do in TINGY sound. BASS is non existent STEAMING is so so. NO BASS ! I just don't understand why all these inexpensive aids are so fixated on treble ? ADD AN EQUALIZER DUDES Not sure I'll hang onto these. REAL disapointed in stream quality. This is what happens when the designers are all under 30 with excellent hearing. Update after 3 days 1. When inserting right ear 👂 only, unit WILL NOT PAIR ! I have to repack, reset, then place left in first, then right. If your lucky, right will pair. Then place left back on case. I am sorry, if this by design, fire 🔥 your developer team. Again, these buds are a pain in the a%& to pull out. By the time I get it out, I may miss the pairing window. At this point, I'll give it a few more days before returning ... show more

    • Quite good, but price not worth it.
First of all, let me mention that finding the right hearing aids is not fun. Very frustrating because I expected much better quality across the board. I have tried about 8 or 9 different OTC bluetooth hearing devices from Amazon. Price range from $80 to $250 (this device). Many were not very good, mainly due to bad voice quality &/or bad background noise reduction/cancellation. In regards to this LINNER NOVA device, I would rank it towards the top of the list for noise reduction, but mere middle of the road for voice quality. With this device being the most expensive of all I've tried (and twice the price of most all of them), it's difficult for me to justify the price. Also, the addition of the Linner Connect is pretty much useless to me, because the bluetooth aspect connects with my smart phone, chromebook & smart TV, so that Connect mic is not worth the probably $50 addition to the price. I will return this LINNER NOVA device. My search continues, but knowing all the shortcoming of these type devices, I will probably settle on one of the lower priced hearing aids that I have already tried. Quality in voice & noise reduction is comparable to Linner, but for half the price. ... show more

The packaging is impressive. I give the booklet a 95 out of 100. A couple of times I saw 7 white flashes that weren’t explained on page 17 and some of the print is very small. I was looking for in-the-ear hearing aids to replace my behind the ear hearing aids. I was very impressed with the list of features included with the Linner hearing aids. I believe I have the kind of hearing loss that Linner describes. In fact, I don’t wear my behind-the-ear most of the time except when I’m with grand kids. However, I discovered that one of the features included with my behind-the-ear aids turns out to be more important than I thought. My behind-the-ear includes three band pass options. The one I like seems to lower the response to high frequency sound. The Linner seems to have a relatively flat response to the frequency limit my ears. So, in spite of the 4 out of 5 rating I give the Linner aids, I’m returning them. ... show more

I am not one to often write reviews, but the LINNER Nova hearing aids have been nothing short of a life-changer for me, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
