I'm very happy with the linksys mesh system, I replace my old one router systema with this one and gain a lot of features. Easy setup, I love linksys APP, versatil. I have all my home covered, no blind spaces. Reliable connection, I like the led signal meanings, easy to understand what's happening and the connection status. Linksys products are very good. Pitifully, I receive a damage node, it was scratched, the box was fully close without no exterior damage, it seems the issue come from the company packing. That node can't connect to the linksys net, raise an connection error, by bluetooh and wifi connection. I received a friendly support from Amazon and I get a fast response. ... show more

    • Keeps on dropping connection
This mesh system did not work for our two floor suburban house. Parent router was on the central area of the second floor, child 1 is almost directly below, child 2 is a room away from child 1. Had the setup for two days and almost every other hour I got notifications on child 2 disconnecting. Internet speeds were also bad for the child nodes. The main node gives off about 600 mbps (wired connection to modem is about 900mbps), child 1 about 200-300mbps but for the last node, it barely reaches 100mbps. Another bad thing about this product is the phone app. Janky and unpolished. One event that stood out to me was setting up guest wifi. It kept on changing the name back to whatever default name they had and also kept on wiping the password I set up. Had to keep on trying just to make it stick. Ended up replacing it with eero 6+ for the same price. Eero’s were placed in the same spots. Setup was a little bit easier, app was way better and smoother and the best part, connection speeds are better. Constant 400-500mbps for where child 2 is. ... show more
