These are literally the most comfortable flip-flops I have found. The fabric is really soft and it is nice and wide where it goes along your foot. The soul itself is really soft and squishy. You can wear these all day and still be super comfortable and not get any blisters. They can be a little bit pricey but if you get them on sale, it’s even better definitely worth the buy. I've worn this identical style of Reefs for 30 years and have only replaced them twice (this will be my 3rd pair). As you can see from the photo, the fabric of my old ones is sun faded and the tread is worn from miles of wear, but they're still functional (I still wear them to walk my dog). The point is, you will get way more than what you pay for these flops and they're worth every penny. Honestly, their durability is impressive for the level of abuse I put mine through. The only care they need is to wash them with a little dish soap before putting them away in the winter. They feel a little tight at first, but the fabric quickly relaxes after a day or two of walking, then stay comfy like that until you're ready to replace them in 10 years. I have freakishly high arches and achy ex-ballerina feet, and the foam of these is the perfect density so you don't feel every pebble you step on but it's still flexible so your foot has full range of motion (I hate when the foam is too stiff making you walk funny like you've got plywood attached to your toes). I can't recommend this brand and style enough. I will only wear Reefs and they can expect to see me in another decade for a fresh pair. ... show more

Nice, comfortable sandal, until straps stretch

Way more narrow than my old pair

Like the other reviews stated, Reef changed their sizing structure and the insole is a LOT more narrow than my old pair’s, which was purchased about 13-15 years ago (when they were $25 if I’m remembering correctly..). At that time I’m sure I bought a size 8 and it fit correctly, this time I had to return the size 8 because it was way too snug around my foot even though it was long past the toe. So now I have these size 9s which are still a little more snug than expected, and stick out like a whole inch past my toe so I’m hoping I can cut that part off without the sole falling apart, still thinking about whether or not to do this to a $45 flip flop, but buying the 45 flip flop is better than buying ten pairs of $10 flip flops in ten years since the cheaper ones are going to be uncomfortable and wear out or break quickly. ... show more

Reef Lover for 30 years!

My favorite brand of slaps! For decades I have called “flip flops” slaps because it’s the sound they make when you walk and only one syllable! Reef was the first and only brand of slaps/flip-flops I ever bought for years, and when I needed a light colored pair last Spring, I was thrilled to find these on Amazon for a good price! This style is a little thicker/taller, and has the wide band across your feet, and the most comfy toe divider of almost any brand! They are so comfy and the fabric bands have not stretched out at all, which is important to me with somewhat skinny feet. The style and color are perfect for any neutral outfits, and the support in the arch is awesome! I am tried and true size 8.5 in shoes/heels, but always get a 9 in my slaps, and they fit just right! ... show more

Overall, they were cute, but a little too narrow. It would’ve helped if they would’ve come in half sizes. The foot bed was soft, but perhaps too thick. Order up.

Run large but otherwise awesome.

Love these! As an original TEVA Mush flip-flop owner, I have been searching forever for a comparable replacement. While these are not that, they are a better fit for me and have good traction on the bottom. The footbed felt a little "rough" at first but after wearing in the house for a bit they felt fine and I don't feel as "wobbly" wearing these as my original TEVAS (I am 64). I have wide feet and like that the straps are tighter than TEVAs since they will stretch out. Also, they run large, I am usually a solid ladies US 9, EU 40 but the size 8/38.5 fit me perfect. BONUS, I have laminate flooring and like to do lunges in my house without having to put on gym shoes since I do not wear shoes in the house and I can do lunges in these with no slipping! My only regret is now I need an "inside" pair and an "outside" pair. ... show more
