Decent mount for a small shovel etc. Mounts to solid backed surface. Unfortunately could not be mounted to side of rack with bars without mounting modification. Rubber seems a bit flimsy so will see how long it holds up to cold/hot temperatures over time.

The listing doesn't state what material these are made out of - just "metal". My guess is die cast zinc (or maybe just pot metal). The rubber strap is easy to hook onto the bracket and the lever to tighten or release the tension works well. I mounted these tool holders to a wall so I did not use the included hardware. ... show more
