This is a very pretty dress. I am 5'8" and 205 pounds (size 18). Before you decide to purchase, remember that dresses provide ZERO support and don't hide anything, really. I love the look of this dress but I hate how I look in it. I definitely need to lose weight. Even with shapewear underneath, I didn't feel comfortable enough to wear this b/c I felt too "out there." Dresses hide very little. So if you don't have a figure you're comfortable with, this isn't the dress for you. If you love how you look, this dress will make you feel beautiful. Sadly, I will be returning.

I purchased this dress for a trip to the Middle East where I need to keep my shoulders and knees covered. The sleeves are light and fluttery so I may need to add a scarf around my shoulders. The dress is fitting around the chest, but the scarf or shawl will cover that. It's a lovely dress, very flattering and lined. I'll definitely keep it even if I don't take it on the trip. It is nice enough to wear to a summer wedding or lunch with friends.

I ordered this dress in solid blue and in the lighter blue print, both in XL, because I couldn't decide which would be more flattering. I am a D cup. The solid blue is going back. The high "waist" hit me at a very awkward spot in my bust line. The lighter blue print waist hit below my bust line and is much more flattering. There is two-inch difference in the location of that waist seam. I think it might be really cute with a ribbon belt. Also, the materials does not feel the same. The solid blue is more like a crepe and the blue print is much nicer and feels better.. Because I'm 5-3, it will be a maxi dress for me but perfect for a wedding "welcome party" in Vail, I hope.

I’m usually a size 6-8. I ordered the small and it fits perfectly so advise sizing down if on the border. My only complaint is that elastic should be tighter on one sleeve. One sleeve stays up but other one droops.
