The bar chairs are exactly as pictured, no surprises in color or quality. I'm writing my first ever Amazon review because the customer service was EXCELLENT! Originally, we had ordered a bar chair from them that had a curved back. They wrote us immediately with detailed dimensions of and brought to our attention that it may not be able to "tuck in" under the bar. They were right and saved us a lot of hassle because that would not have worked for us. Thankfully, I asked if they had any other stools and they linked us to this item. Though it's not the curve we wanted, it has great back support, is comfortable and serves it's purpose. They look elegant. Don't be deterred by all the parts when you get it. It was actually quite easy to put together. Each one only takes about 10 minutes. Thanks for the phenomenal customer service!

These barstools are great! They look just like a higher end brand that charges double the price. They were really easy to put together are sturdy. They’re also really comfortable. I bought them “used like new” and am happy with the quality. I got the 29” and they fit my bar height counter perfectly.

It’s so pretty! First of all woah, I ordered it like 5-7 days ago and it came sooner than expected! It was expected after January and it came on the 31st. What a way to bring in the new year! Yapping: I decided to go with charcoal gray because I thought it’ll be a great contrast with my kitchen being that my cabinets are white, the themes in my kitchen area are black, gold and beiges. I was nervous about it being too dark but it looks great and it has such a modern and sophisticated look to it! So happy, a nice look to my first apartment! Assembly: Built it myself and the instructions were super easy to follow, built both in 1 hour. I would say, but I’m a lil ditzy lol so it might’ve just been me but be sure you start with the bottom piece not the top! and not pay attention to the length of the bars. Reading is fundamental lol Summary: I think it’s good quality, the gold looks so shiny and not “fake” and the stool itself look expensive. The seats are comfortable, and overall, happy with my purchase and I think it was worth the price.

These were such a huge upgrade to my previous seats. These are absolutely stunning. The gold is actual gold chrome so it shines really beautifully. The seats are super comfortable, and the cushion is very soft. Make sure you measure the height of the seat this way you get everything appropriate. I wish these came in a darker black, I got the gray ones and I preferred black. They are beautiful though so no complaints. Construction took about 20 minutes per seat.

I ordered 3 chairs for my kitchen. Upon assembling one of them and testing it out I came to dislike the chair. It was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and painful on my back not to mention the countless 1 star reviews of the chairs literally falling apart and breaking on people. I have not seen reviews like that on other sets of chairs I've seen. Anyways I placed a return on the chairs and thought it would go smoothly. I printed their labels and followed the instructions (which had typos, another red flag). 2 months go by and upon shipping it to them I did not receive a refund whatsoever. I had to contact them and ask what was going on. They first said they needed my tracking numbers which I did not have because I sent it to them via UPS pickup. I provided the amazon return ID and order ID and they stated they didn't receive any shipments of this chair model to the warehouse recently and continued insisting I provide a tracking number which I did not have. I used THEIR labels which didn't have tracking numbers on them so I just said I was going to report them to Amazon and have them resolve it. Only then did they finally cooperate and were able to locate my chairs in their warehouse without the tracking numbers which had been there for MONTHS yet they didn't issue the refund until I reached out? Not to mention you don't get the full amount back for returning the product. If you care about ethics, do not buy from this company. Ethics aside the chairs are extremely uncomfortable. I found better chairs for around the same price that swivel and are super comfortable on my back. tl;dr shady refund practices, low quality chair that hurts your back, has broken on people before as stated in other 1 star reviews. They'll only refund you to avoid being reported. They won't issue the refund until you complain in the hopes you just forget and let the time expire.
