Very happy with these lights. I bought a pair to put on either side of the bathroom mirror and they look great. Heavy chromed metal with a mirror-like finish -- you could use them as a extra mirror they're that perfectly flat. I like that they can take ordinary incandenscent bulbs (while they're still legal). The mounting plate is sturdy and will accommodate just about any mounting type (switch box, octobox, etc.). It's a little tricky securing the glass globe if you have big hands, but I was able to get the screw down centering ring in place just fine. The only problem I had installing them is that, unlike many lights that secure the face to the mount plate through the center screw, this light uses a screw on each side of the housing and if your close to an adjacent wall, as I was in my small bathroom, you may not be able to secure that side easily. I think to get around this, I'll use a plastic push pin (from a box of automobile trim connectors that I have). I have just enough room to push one in, but certainly no room to get a screwdriver in from that side. Other than that minor problem, I'm very happy with the purchase. ... show more

I really love these sconces! They add the perfect touch to our newly remodeled bathroom. My phone won’t allow me to adjust the picture from its side. I love that they are dimmable. They go very bright to very low. Great ambiance. I like that you can install them either way-up or down. It’s a small bathroom and the chrome is like a mirror so it give the effect of a bigger space. Good quality and components make it easy to install. But - make sure you have enough clearance on each side (when looking from front) to screw the brown plate into the base you attach to your box since that is how they are held together. Since my lights was only 2" from a side wall I needed to figure out a work around. I took the center post out and used a longer one from my old light to hold the plate to the existing base. I then used the brown cover that came with the light to secure the post. I did not use the plate that came with the light and not needing to worry about the side screw. ... show more

I'm a contractor working for special chain of restaurants. One of my clients wants to replace a light fixtures in their dining room. The existing fixtures are pretty, but two of those lights were in bad shape and they could not find them anywhere. My client ask me to find an affordable and looking nice fixture. I got five of Linea di Liara Brio Bronce and I replaced the old ones. What a surprise my clients have when they look and see linea di Liara on the entire table row. They were standing up in front of the tables and said: "we're admiring the fixtures you installed it. It's beautiful. Thanks so much for choosing this type".
