I have been building scale models for nearly 20 years now. In all that time to clean my desk I have been cleaning my hobby desk off by sweeping up everything with my had and brushing it off the side into a trash can. Very crude, and not the best technique. Then I saw someone on a Youtube video use a little mini vacuum to clean their desk. WOW! I didn't know that was a thing. First I searched for the exact vacuum they were using and at nearly $100 it was more than I wanted to spend. Then I checked out my local hobby shop. They had a slightly cheaper option. But still more than I wanted to spend. Next I searched Amazon. They had so low cost options, so I picked this one out because it looked a lot like the more expencesive ones I saw online. And I am so glad I chose this much cheaper option because it works great. Push the button and it powers up. Slide it around and you can clearly hear itsucking up the debris on your workbench. As for power, it is not the most powerful vacuum, but it is powerful enough to do the job it was designed for. Dust, and powders are easily sucked up. smaller 3D printer supports are captured, and it can also pick up small pieces of styrene plastic and wire. This vacuum is wireless and rechargable which is super handy. My only complaint is it uses the old style mini USB connector. I wish they would update it to the USB-C. Overall this is great value for any hobby desk.

Cute little desk vacuum

I was looking for just a small vacuum to help clean up dust and pet hair from my keyboard and my desk. I didn’t have super high expectations, but this cute little vacuum works really well. I can just turn it on glide it across my desktop and my keyboard and it does a good job picking up any crumbs or dust or pet hairs. I like that it is rechargeable rather than using batteries and it has a nice ergonomic grip, which makes it really comfortable to use. This is a great option to help clean up small spaces around crafts or your desk or art projects. I haven’t tried picking up any larger objects, but it does great with crumbs desk and cat hair.

Picks up small and large crumbs very well! I’m actually very surprised at how much power this little guy has! I was using this at work to pick up small fragments of little hairs, left over on my work station after giving clipper cuts to clients and it works ok for that. The only thing is the “nose tip” attachment, has a small extra piece of hard plastic left at the end and it can scratch some surfaces if you’re not paying attention. (The little piece of plastic I’m talking about: when plastic is poured into the mould in the factory, and overflows a little bit out of the mold. So then when you get the product it has that weird little extra bit of plastic that’s not supposed to be there.) it’s not a big deal, it can easily be filed down with a nail file or something, I just haven’t. • suction: Great, Gets every last crumb. Only issue is that it’s a little bulky, but that’s why it comes with that “nose tip” attachment. It’s just that the nose tip attaché meant that came with mine has an extra bit of hard plastic where it shouldn’t, and can scratch surfaces such as wood or pressed wood. Easy fix: file that extra bit with a nail file. • use: easy, I had to charge mine, came with a plug, plug is kind of short. It’s a micro USB (Aka: Old android standard charger, they still sell those chargers at the dollar store where I live) • east to clean: so there’s this tiny gap between the part where you grip onto, and the bottom of the device that has the bristles and suction power. Where you see that gap, have 1 hand on the suction end (while it’s off), and the other hand of the grip end, and twist. It comes apart easily. And it also came with this little brush to clean it out as well.

Love this mini-vacuum

This mini-vacuum is one of my favorite little appliances. I use it every day. Mostly in the kitchen to suck up crumbs on a textured mat on my kitchen counter that protects my granite counter tops. It's also great on my electric stove top. I think that's really it's main purpose is to suck up crumbs or heavy dust on a mostly flat, even surface. The brushes on the bottom can lift crumbs out of the grooves on my stove top and then suck them, but the suction can't pull them out of there. Even with the attachment, I don't think this powerful enough to suck crumbs out of the keyboard or something similar, but I don't think that's what it's designed for, either. The battery's been great. I've had it 4 months and probably run it for 30-60 sec a day, and the battery hasn't needed to be recharged yet. If you're looking for high-powered suction, you'll be disappointed. But for a quick, clean way to suck up small crumbs and dust, it's perfect!

A VERY handy little gadget

I bought this for my keyboard and admittedly, it doesn't really work for it (even with the attachment). But it came with a little brush that can help get the dust and hair out to vacuum up. That said, this this is incredible to have. It makes cleaning your desk, clothes, and floor so easy! I ate some pistachios yesterday with some business clothes on. I look down and I have some shell pieces all over me! Take my little desk vacuum and in about 5 seconds (literally) my clothes are spotless. See some crumbs on the floor? Sucks them right up! The little attachment helps get in some tricky places - I use it all the time around my printer that has all sorts of gaps and shapes that can collect dust. It's also very comfortable to use too. Fits right in the palm of your hand. It has a charging indicator and the charge lasts a long time. It's VERY easy to clean. Just twist the bottom and it opens up. And the inside is VERY open. Very convenient. My family members will make a small mess and immediately go to my little desk vacuum to clean it up. It's great. The only thing I'd really complain about (besides falling a bit short on the keyboard cleaning) is that it's micro-USB and not USB-C. Not the end of the world but in 2026 as almost everything is moving to USB-C, it'd be nice to see on a 2.0 version.

This product worked ok for quick clean up of crumbs and dust in my bed and table tops for aprox 3 years. Then, suddenly, the top and bottom no longer stayed connected. The suction was never that great as I'd have to go over the same spot several times. I wouldn't buy again, but ok for the price, I guess..

flat surface cleaning works well on desk. nozzle attachment doesn't work very well. I wanted this to clean out compartments on desk drawer. Nozzle barely had and suction and was short and more awkward than expected. I didn't want to spend too much, so not really unhappy with it. Edit: changed to 5 stars. I've been trying to get my 27 yo son to come home and deep clean his room (he has an apartment, but he does stay here some). When we cleared off his dresser- this was great at vacuuming off all the accumulated dust- also really great at cleaning the top of legos!

It gets the job done. It is a bit noisy so definitely not for a quiet work environment! But it sucks up well and the small brushes at the bottom help loosen the mess. Easy to clean up and empty the trash. Small so it fits nicely in a drawer or on my desk. Very easy and straight forward to use. Overall for price I think its fair.
