I had to try a few models to find my perfect fit. I like it when the pillow is fluffy, I like to to sink in and to feel nicely cushioned. This pillow is definitively "it". It does feel like a cloud, the sensation when you first lay and start sinking in is priceless. I am a side sleeper. The soft and and the medium offered very similar sensations, and were pretty flat the next morning. "Flat" isn't exactly the correct way to describe it, the down inside just gets pushed away to the edges and "surrounds" your head. But the end result is that the pillow is pretty flat underneath your head the next morning. The "soft" pillow is obviously more flat, but the difference isn't huge. I prefer having a thicker cushioning, so I tried the "firm" one. There is more resistance when you sink in at first, so it feels less like a cloud when you go to bed (it softens a bit after a few weeks), but it remains a very nice sensation and that's the perfect level of support for me all night long. I kept the medium for my wife and I use the firm for myself. One thing that I must say though, the firm doesn't smell, but the medium does smell goose. I was hoping that the smell would go away over time, but unfortunately it doesn't and it is not very nice. I use the pillow cover/protection, the smell is not overwhelming and it is not omnipresent (I smell it essentially when I move), but it is there.

is expensive and really comfortable but is not fitting to your neck or head (maybe with the time) what is really good is that no matter how heavy you are, the pillow recovers the fluffy state :) also the pillow is so warm and not good for summer but is just a taste thing. i decide to keep it because fits well for the legs. update: Lincove customer service contacted me and explained that i ordered the soft one and that is for stomach sleepers, so because i am a back sleeper what fits better to me is the medium. They send me the medium one and feels better, please read their instructions before order to avoid confusions like mine :)

Ordered the soft pillow since I am a side sleeper. Pillow is lovely! Not too soft, not too firm. Of course a pillow preference is subjective. BUT: what possessed the designers to have so many labels, with the brown ones being pointy and stiff? Luckily, I have a seam ripper and a sewing machine, so I will carefully remove these annoying tags. Yes, I will buy another pillow when they go on sale. Despite the tag issue, I am happy.

I wanted to give this pillow five stars but the first one I ordered was very very stinky. I re-ordered however and it has been fantastic but the one I re-ordered wasn’t quite as lofty for some reason. So there are some inconsistencies with the company but the product is truly amazing. I got this pillow in a just a few days. I had neck fusion surgery and it really does seem to help support my neck. Not sure if I should've gotten a medium support or not, but I do really like this one. A little less support may be better to keep my head and neck more in line.

This pillow is amazing, very, very sneaky in the best way. I have not slept so well as I have the last several weeks and my rheumatoid arthritis has not been as bad in the mornings. I am not tossing and turning as I have with my other down pillows. Have had for about a month so far so good.

This goose down pillow is so comfortable. My head just sinks down into what seems like a custom made pillow. Also, Lincove was most accommodating beyond my wildest expectations. I mistakenly ordered a standard size when actually I wanted a king size. Within just a few minutes on the phone, the representative assured me that I would receive a king size pillow within a few days without any additional charges or shipping fees.
