Terrible Product!
Color: Orange
This was delayed for a week past original delivery date. Then when I finally received it, the wheelchair would not charge thru either charging port. Said to charge for 8 hours for full charge and one the 8 hours was completed still not charged. Changed charging ports and charged for another 8 hours, still nothing. Then charged for another full 24 hours and still nothing. Then trying to return for refund has been a NIGHTMARE. Been trying for 5 days and still no resolution nor have I been provided a shipping label after contacting seller as advised by Amazon. Seller said Amazon has to provide the return label. I contacted Amazon and they said I had to contact seller. After I explained I had already done this, now Amazon is contacting seller on my behalf. So we will see, I’m skeptical at this point. And FRUSTRATED beyond belief. I guess more waiting to see what happens. I would give 0 stars if I could. BUY THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK!

It is now June 9, 2026 and although this wheelchair has been ok for the first year or so, it has gotten weird lately. when I was standing at the sink about a month ago, when I turned around to sit, I found that the chair had left and gone around the corner. This was when the the power was on. However, now, when I turn the power 0ff, it still moves away. sometimes just urning it on would stop it. lately you have to turn it on, put it in reverse for a little bit, then fwd for a bit. It is scary for me.

Electric wheelchair
Color: Orange
Very pleased with electric wheelchair. Big assist in getting the wifie mobile again. It's light weight enough but could be a little wider.

Too late to return it
Color: Orange
I am learning to use it but it's difficult to steer and going down a ramp and turning is almost impossible because it doesn't respond to turning. It's good for straight paths. Maybe more battery power would help. Too late to return it

It’s cheaply constructed of flimsy plastic and some metal components and not as described!
Color: Orange
Product is not as described. The chair looks like it’s made for a child. It is extremely slow and actually weighs closer to 80lbs. Do not purchase this thing! I feel bamboozled purchasing after reading the description thinking it will allow me to get out more: they just took my money and scammed me!
