    • Perfect $30-ish lamp
Just know what you are getting. It's not an heirloom piece of furniture that your grandkids will be using. It is well packaged. The lamp diffuser is thin plastic, so just be aware and be careful as it's easy to crack. The tall stem is made of approx 5 1 foot tubes that you screw together with the cord already threaded through the tubes. It's easy to cross-thread all the tubes when assembling, so be cautious and go slowly. I wouldn't pay over $40 for this lamp as it is flimsy. But, if you plan to put it on a timer or a WiFi outlet like I did, and you will rarely touch it to turn it on and off, it will last forever and it looks pretty good. I bought a flimsier, lower quality lamp from Walmart and paid the same price, so I'm happy with this lamp. ... show more

Very pretty lamp. Lamp shade not as big as I expected. Too many pieces to assemble for the pole. Has to be aligned perfectly or you’ll screw pole pieces wrong and it won’t be straight, so you will have to unscrew and try it again and again to get it right. If alignment starts off wrong you won’t get half way through screwing the poles to match on top of each other. If you have at least one other person to help, it would be easier and quicker.
