Clear view day and night. Will light up when detecting motion. Make sure you got good wifi signal at mounting location or install an wifi extender for best results. Excellent feature rich product for the price!

Pros: Very Inexpensive. DC Adapters. Pan Tilt or Zoom from app. Can set to auto track motion. Very easy set up. Can customize Alerts. Can view playback recordings from SD card, or from optional cloud account. Decent video clarity. No adapter needed for the micro usb slot. Cons: Tiniest view area I’ve ever seen. Instructions state it supports up to 128 gig SD card, but I didn’t see that in the description. The 256 gig SD card seemed to be OK, since I was able to view recordings the first night. But the second day, it shows No Recordings. Previous recordings are gone. I won’t use the 2nd one until I have time to Google/YouTube and figure it all out. But if you’re tech savvy and only need to view a narrow section of a room, like a crib or pet crate, then this is great. ... show more

I am not a fan. I had it in my front doorway which was okay but there was no light in general. I removed from the porch because I need the light. Great thought/idea but it would be better if there was a motion light on it too. Maybe an idea. Also, the company send out a post card requesting a 5 star rating and in return they will give $35 in Amazon credit. They said, do not mention the card. ... show more

I have been very happy with how easy it was to setup and use the camera's. So much so that I decided to purchase another set of camera's. As you can see in the photo I am using one of the camera's in my garage. I just used a ceiling box and light bulb socket with a power cord plugged into the closest outlet. I also went to a thrift store and purchased an old lamp without the shade to use one of the camera's in the center of my living room to watch the house while I was away. I tried three times to connect it to the app and it didn't work. Also, you spend $50 on the product and the app makes you watch ads for games before you can use the app...just ridiculous.
