First camera I received came with a broken charger port. Now it's been only 2 months since I got my replacement amd the charger port fell out. Now I'm out a camera and out the money because the return window closed. Absolutely horrible product. Sure the camera works great and the quality is clear but what's the point if you need a replacement every time you have to unplug it if you need to move it? Definitely not happy.

I purchased this security camera during a Black Friday Lightening Sale for less than $30. I just got around to setting it up and am satisfied with its overall performance. I put it on a sideboard looking out towards my front door. Because the light outside is brighter than inside anyone standing in front of the camera indoors appears dark (which is understandable). The image in general is fairly clear and the sound audible enough. The basic free fearures are sufficient for my use. You have the choice to purchase other options. I downloaded the app and was able to easily set up the camera. The base can be screwed down which might be best since it does a little dance when the lens scans side to side or up and down if on a smooth surface. Otherwise it could conceivably walk off the table! The unit has to be plugged in all the time. Therefore, the cord length could have been a little longer.

This camera has been horrible from first use. Constantly looses connection, now won't come on, app works sometimes but usually circle just spins and say no connection. There are definately a lot better cameras and apps on market, just run away from this one, waste of money, cheap and poor quality

It’s fairly easy to install and set up thru the app. The picture quality is great! It tracks me about half the time but after about 15 steps, it will turn back toward the neighbor across the street and 2 houses down bc they were building something.It seemed like it was the noise of the hammering that the camera was trying to follow. The other half of the time it faced my house. Although it says it turns 360 degrees, it doesn’t turn a full circle. It’s more like it turns 359 degrees and then turns around and goes 359 degrees in the other direction so depending on what position it is in when you screw it in, it isn’t always able to continue tracking a movement if it reaches the stopping point. If a short person walks up on my porch, the camera doesn’t detect them bc it isn’t pointed down, even tho it is capable of pointing down. Overall, I’m sure it is fine for some situations, just not mine.

The bulb style ones are more durable and come with outlet adapters to use any outlet or extension cord *! Keep them Dry ^no, seriously, I MEAN DRY, my steamy kitchen caused one to have permanently foggy image. (Even after being in the hot dry garage for a month) *!! Caution !!* Placements where exposed to long periods of direct sunlight causes strange operating 'quirks' that may be permanent. (( Baby camera version has a weak and unstable charge connector ))
