husband used for first time on 3/30/23 to jack up front of my 2015 honda accord to change tire and the jack cylinder lost pressure and car fell down hitting my husbands shoulder, upper back and slammed on to the tire and cost severe damage to my front side fender and drivers door could not be opened due to side panel being crushed.     • Useful lift range
Bought these (two) to help in servicing the truck and SUV. Lifts higher than most jacks, with a screw type pad on top to help get a few more inches of lift. These are not really wide, either, which helps in placement behind wheels. Recommended product.

    • Rear wheels lose bearings & not manufactured well.
When I received the jack some of the bearings for the 2 smaller rear casters were loose in the box. I removed the casters and replaced the bearings; however, I quickly realized that the design and manufacturing of these rear casters left a significant amount of space where the bearings are, so much that the bearings were not in contact with the surfaces they should have been contacting, and that the amount of space allowed the bearings to possibly fall out again. I've made some modifications and used some washers to help with this issue, and it will be okay for me for occasional use (2-4 times per year). However, if I was going to use this jack on a regular basis I would be extremely frustrated. Those rear casters need to move freely for moving the jack to new locations or during the jacking process. ... show more
