These fit perfectly with my 2017 model S. The retaining O-ring did it's job and held them in place while I raised the lift to meet them. They held up no problem for the couple times I have used them so far with no damage, so I believe they will last the life of the car. The carrying case is nice as I leave them in the car so I have them whenever needed and they don't just slide around the trunk everywhere. They are priced reasonably as standard jack pads run around $10 each, but you get a whole specialty set of 4 for about $20 with these. I would certainly recommend these if you work on Teslas or own one as you never know when you may need to jack it up to do something like change a tire. ... show more

    • If you have a Tesla, you need these. Period.
I don't know why Tesla didn't include these with the car, or build them into the design, or something, but they didn't. And if you own a Tesla, you NEED these in order to safely jack the car. Any shop you go to for tire service should have them, but they may or may not, and you definitely don't want to risk damage to your high voltage battery. They're simple, rugged, and necessary. And they come in a very nice case that you can throw in the truck (in my Model 3, they fit beautifully down in the bottom in that little cubby on the left side of the trunk, with just enough space left for my CCS adapter for fast DC charging. I tried these on a 2023 Tesla Model X. The good news: They come in a small, neat case that is easy to stash in the car They appear to be sturdily made They fit just fine in to the car's jack points They have grip on the sides that can help you pull them out if they get stuck in the jack point They worked just fine to lift the car (that's the big point, obviously) The "meh" news: They don't have much grip on the bottom, which would be nice to make sure they don't shift around on the jack I believe (though I am guessing) that the purpose of the red ring is to hold the puck in place when the jack is not pressing against it. But none of the four pucks stuck in any of the four jack points on my car. Not a huge deal, I'll just balance it atop the jack when going up, and it's not a huge issue if it falls out on the way down. Not to mention that one of the red rings already appears to have a tear in it, and may not stand up to frequent use ... show more

These "pucks" are awesome. Sorta like the "pinch weld" pucks that can be used on some other cars but these are some reason easier. Pushed them in and they stuck (2022 Model 3), gave a firm yank to get them out. They are nicely rubberized compared to the slick aluminum ones I have for a couple other of my cars pinch welds. Regardless, if you have Tesla and want to do any work that requires lifting it (rotating your own tires), then grab these. ... show more
