Update: Great quality had an issue and reached out to product customer support and they sent out a replacement nut/bolt that allowed me to finish the set so I appreciate them make sure that I got what I needed. The quality is great and the next level set and the kids love it! The product shipped pretty fast and the beams seem like good quality I just had one major issue that may cause me to need to return the whole thing so hopefully someone can help me out. One bolt sheared and broken before it was completely tight! Now I am not a strong person by any means so if I could break a bolt this is crazy. An of course there are no extra of the DSA/BTS bolt pairs so I was stuck on the slide assembly but with customer support the sent replacements out that allowed me to finish. ... show more

My daughter loves this swing set! She calls it her playground. I was looking for an old school swing set that would hold up to my kids and time. I found it with this! It was easy to assemble with 2 people. Super sturdy frame. It comes with anchors to keep it from rocking. We initially were going cement the legs in the ground but have found we do not need to do that step with the anchors. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the materials and design. Be forewarned that it arrived on a pallet with a wooden frame and was fully enclosed by wood. Make sure to have a claw hammer or pry bar so you can disassemble the frame or you will not be able to access the boxes. It was simple and straightforward to assemble. I really wanted a swingset to last my kids awhile. All the other swingsets were for kids under 6ish. This one seems to be large enough for my 9 year old to last for years and for the grandkids. The hardest part of putting the swingset together were the anchors on the two legs. The screws bent while winding. It is a bit awkward trying to tighten the cables. Took four hours in the hot sun for myself and my husband to put together. I love the tan and green colors! The swingset fades into our yard nicely and doesnt stick out to be noticed. I was most worried about the delivery process of the set. I have read awful reviews on the delivery not coming the day promised and we couldnt afford for my husband to keep taKing off work to be here because we werent told how it was going to be delivered. We were just told that someone had to be here to sign. The delivery guy came on correct arrival day and called 30 minutes before he came to confirm. We didnt have to sign for delivery. A man came in a box truck, backed up to my husbands truck and they pushed two boxes off of the delivery truck into our truck. One box had the whole swingset it in and was SUPeR heavy! And the other box was the green slide. Im not sure how the maN would have gotten the big box out of his truck if we didnt use our truck to traNsfer it to. Then we just took out the individual pieces to put it together. All and all we are happy with this set so far!! Our daughter swings so hard and high and the set doesnt leave the ground! She loves it! Oo yeah… A couple of the holes in the black caps needed to be drilled larger for the screws to fit through. Was a bit on the pricey side tho ... show more

Let me start by saying my kids love the play grounds. It is very sturdy and is everything they wanted.. The having to deal with shipping was terrible. Got shipped by an outside source. They didn't want to communicate kept giving me B's about it getting sent to wrong place. But we did finally get it.
