We bought this playset as our daughter has been begging for a swingset for a while. While the price was a bit steep, it does seem to be high quality and sturdy now that we've put it together. The assembly of the swingset took a bit longer than we had realized it would. For us it took probably 10-12 hours. Others have suggested that the instructions were vague or hard to understand, but I didn't find that to be the case. The instructions were actually some of the best I've ever seen as they not only have the printed step by step manual in the box with the swingset, but they also have a QR code where you can scan it and go directly to any part of the assembly for a video showing how it's done. The full assembly video was very helpful to me several times throughout the assembly, so I recommend watching that in full (about 45 minute video) before trying to put it together. Then take advantage of the video at the individual steps if you are confused about how something goes together. The QR code will send you right to the spot in the video you need to view. The biggest issue I had putting it together was that i did it by myself, and it would have been helpful to have 2 or 3 people at multiple points in the process. Without another person to help i struggled to line up bolt holes, etc at times. You'll especially need help when installing the roof trusses and roof panels, so plan ahead for that. Also, we did have trouble finding a couple of parts in the box, especially a bracket to mount the binoculars. In the end we found that the bracket was embedded in the styrofoam where we hadn't seen it, so make sure to look closely there if you find any parts are missing. All in all we're very happy with the swingset after getting it put together. Our daughter loves it and begs to go out and play on it daily. Hopefully it'll stand up to the test of time with our Minnesota winters.

This swing set seems to be very sturdy and my grandkids love it. There are so many activities for them to do on it. They are always climbing or swinging all over it. I read that it was difficult to put together but I didn't find that to be the case. The instructions are well written and well organized. Each tool packet tells you which part of the swing set it is for. I myself sit on the swing once in a while while my grandkids are out there just to swing and talk with them. It even holds me with no problem. I also read on a review that it doesn't get hot. The slide does! I will turn it so it faces north and that should solve that problem.

The swing set is fun and sturdy. However, there are some pretty large openings when you step down from the tower. Would not recommend for kids who cannot confidently use the rock climbing or ladder feature.

We purchased the Lifetime 91069 Big Stuff Swing Set in Earthtone as a birthday gift for our 2-year-old, and it has quickly become a favorite for both him and our 10-year-old. It’s rare to find a playset that entertains such a wide age range, but this one delivers. Assembly & Setup: The instructions were clear and easy to follow, and I appreciated that Lifetime included a QR code video guide. I also watched a few YouTube videos ahead of time, which made the process even smoother. We added the Lifetime bucket swing accessory for our younger child, and it integrated perfectly. Design & Features: Platform & Treehouse Feel: The covered platform gives shade from the sun and doubles as a “getaway spot” that feels like a treehouse. It even has binoculars, a chalkboard, and a molded-in plastic “road” on the floor for toy cars, which has been a huge hit. Slide & Swings: Both kids love sliding down, and the swings are sturdy enough for our older child while still safe for our toddler. Durability: Made of heavy-duty metals and plastics, this set feels much sturdier than wooden swing sets, which often fade or deteriorate in just a few years. Living in Florida, I especially value the weather resistance and stability—important for long-term use and peace of mind during storm season. Find the written instructions, is a must!! The app instructions on telephone are a pain to use and it leaves out a couple of steps. Parts are not labeled in anyway and a true picture of them is a must to assemble. Screws, nuts and bolts are mostly labeled right but not always. Took two adults,16 hours and a case of heat stroke to complete this swing set. We did not find the instructions till halfway done. it was in the roofing box and not on top of the parts for you to see it. BUT it is worth it to see grandkids smile when it was done!!!!
