The instructions left a little to be desired. There are things that need to be done during earlier steps that aren't mentioned until much later in the instructions. Over-all wasn't an overly difficult install. Took about 8hrs total for 2-3 people to put together.

My 8 & 3 year old love it. They enjoy playing on everything. I can play with them- it’s very sturdy, well built. My husband and a friend put it together in 7 hours (technically 6, with an hour break for lunch.) Time consuming to put together, but given how big it is, that was expected. Really didn’t expect it to rust as fast as it did, after only one year, considering their brand name is “lifetime.”. These pictures are from 4 years in. It’s also definitely not appropriate for younger kids. My daughter fell out of the “treehouse” platform and down through the opening of the rockwall the first year we had it. The second year, she climbed up the rock wall, hit her head on the metal bar trying to crawl into the platform, and fell through it again. Big time buyers remorse over here. ... show more

The product seems sturdy enough and despite being only 3/4 finished it held up through some major storms already. The problem is the instructions or lack there of! After looking all over the Lifetime company website among other places my 12 year old niece finally found a bootleg copy on a website. Assembly has been a challenge but doable once u get the instructions! ... show more

Find the written instructions, is a must!! The app instructions on telephone are a pain to use and it leaves out a couple of steps. Parts are not labeled in anyway and a true picture of them is a must to assemble. Screws, nuts and bolts are mostly labeled right but not always. Took two adults,16 hours and a case of heat stroke to complete this swing set. We did not find the instructions till halfway done. it was in the roofing box and not on top of the parts for you to see it. BUT it is worth it to see grandkids smile when it was done!!!! ... show more

The Instructions miss major assembly procedures. The instructions are vague and nothing is labeled. If I followed the assembly steps past section 1 the entire swing set would be chest high. This product was not cheap and involves many parts. I would strongly recommend hiring someone to do the setup, because nothing is worth this frustration. Considering sending it back! ... show more
