My son wanted a basketball hoop to play on. This was not only at a price that we could afford, but it's really pretty good. We worked together to put the thing together and it was really not bad. Probably took about 2 hours to get it all put together. That was much better than I expected. It's fairly stable....not like a backboard that is attached to a pole in the ground or something, but stable enough as long as you are not trying to put in really, really long shots. One thing to keep in mind is that the actual backboard is kind of small compared to what you might expect. The basketball hoop is a great starter. The item arrived on time and it was well packaged. Set up was very easy and instructions were very clear. It took me approximately 45 minutes to put together. The only trouble I had was the screw that broke after attempting to move the basket. I highly recommend using water with Clorox or sand when filling up the base. Excellent hoop for the money. The base holds water, the hoop stands up well and the backboard holds up to the ball hittin it no problem. Pretty easy to adjust the height of the hoop as well. I bought this as a used - excellent condition, and it came in perfect, unused condition.

Well, let me just say...all are balling. I ordered this with professional assembly...unfortunately this was not available in my zip code...blessing in disguise. I asked a neighbor...we live on a military base. My neighbor assembled this. While instructions were pictorial basically, it all came together. I bought the gel with this and let me tell you, it worked. One bag of gel did the trick for me. I filled it with water and it was exactly as described. Am not sure others here have mentioned the need for more gel bags. One worked just fine for me. I am extremely pleased with my basketball goal. It is adjustable. Kiddos always out balling. I'm loving it. Today is the first day of full play. As am writing this, I can hear the kids balling outside. I wish I had bought this sooner. It's of very high quality. I bought the grey one. My son had wanted a hoop for so long. Nice to have because we live in town and difficult to attach to garage. This is able to be set up and moved anywhere in is convenient for playing. Instructions are a little unclear but overall great.
