My wife and I purchased an inflatable hot tub a few years ago to see if we would actually use it. We enjoyed it but quickly discovered that it was very expensive to operate in the colder New England months. We decided to upgrade to this unit and have had it up and running for about 1 week now. It is even better than we had hoped. Placement - Make sure the spot you pick is level and you have a few people to assist with moving. The dry weigh is around 400lbs. Setup - Extremely easy! Once in place, fill with water. Do not connect the unit to your power source until it's full. Once full, plug it in and set your desired temp. It took around 24 hours to fully heat up. Usage - The controls are very easy: Temp, bubble, circulation, lights. Ours did not include steps, so we bought them separately. Not a must, but they make things easier. The fillter seems easy to remove and clean. The skimmer setup is great for removing debris from the tub. Energy - I've done some intial testing and estimate it will probable cost us around $30/month on average. We do not turn it down, we keep it at the desired temp all of the time so it's ready to use. We could probably trim the operating cost down if we lowered the temp when not using. It's a four person tub, but with four adults it would be a little awkward. With two adults, there is plenty of room. So far, I would say this is a full 5 stars all day long. The cover is well insulated and very easy to remove and re-install. ... show more

This hot tub is reasonably priced and truly plug and play. For the average person it is a little heavy and so you need a few people (two minimum) and some carts to allow you to move it into place. The company will just deliver it on a pallet (with the tub sitting on its side) to your driveway. We actually had to meet the delivery truck in a parking lot close to home (with my own truck) as the tractor trailer was not able to get down our driveway. So be ready for some work in getting it and transporting it to your spot. But, once set up it is amazingly simple to operate and does the job. We got this about a month ago and it heated up in about a day and a half . Heat gets really hot and stays hot. Our old hot tub was constantly running trying to to keep the temperature up but this one doesn’t. Seats are comfy. Jets are varied depending on which seat you sit in. Love this thing. This showed up on a pallet on its side, well packed with an insulated lid. The wrapping allowed me to slowly roll it to the shed that I keep it, the 32 inch size roll right into a standard 36" door with no issues. fill it plug N play, ready for the next day, don't follow the filling instructions ( 1/2 way between the jets and top) that is TOO much water for body displacement. I suggest 2 inches above the jets. nice unit , would buy again. ... show more
