The only issue was delivery. Nobody called, it just showed up on a tractor trailer two days before the delivery window. Don't expect it to be placed on your porch for you. They can't deliver up stairs or across grass. Fortunately it is pretty light and my wife and I got it up the steps and into the porch. The product itself exceeds expectations. Super easy to set up. It took about 20 hours for the water to go from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. The jets are adjustable and very vigorous on the high setting. It maintains it's temperature well. The lighting is perfect. This model even has a built in ice bucket which is a super useful feature. The seating is very comfortable in every position. I've had the $15,000 Hot Springs spa's in the past and no doubt they are better in many ways but this one meets the need for so much less invested plus it works off a standard 120 volt outlet so no electrician needed. I would buy this again.

we had a bigger hottub this one is small fits me and the wife only. i thought 220 gallons was enough but not for 3 or more peeps. its nice, but if you want leg room you might want a bigger one cuz it feels like your sitting in a tub. its constantly on at high jets, idk if thats supose to be happening. my electric bill alil high. but i'll wait til next bill to see.

Spa works well. Be careful when you buy it. I bought it when it wasn’t on sale for 3500$. A week later it went on sale for 3200$. I called asking for a price adjustment and they claimed they couldn’t do that. So that being said watch the prices. Being 110v it takes a little longer to heat up. It claims 4 people can sit in it but practically only two fit.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This was the best investment. I bought mine back in February and have used it daily since. Since I live in Florida, I am draining and refilling with a new filter this summer when it is too hot for its use. I LOVE this tub!

After buying $850 Intex spas every year cause they fail every time just as warranty runs out. I decided to stop throwing money out and get a “real” spa. It’s only been a couple of months (which is a better track record than Intex) but couldn’t be happier. More room than I expected. I use this with the Mrs. On average of 3 times a week. Heat stays real stable, doesn’t drop 5 degrees like Intex junk. Only 4/5 stars simply because it’s only been 2 months. Only issue we had (overlooked) we had a slow leak just find a hidden drain plug where the cap wasn’t tightened down all the way. (On me) Otherwise I recommend this spa in a heart beat.

When I first set this up, I ran it with the panel off to look for leaks. There were no leaks. I ran it for half and hour, and no leaks. So I'm sure it wasn't leaking then. Well, it is now, and it's leaking from connections that are BURIED in spray foam. I've contacted the company - they'd better be willing to fix this considering the cost and the fact I've only had it two weeks now. Been in it three times - just me - so it's not like it's been abused. It's in a box on leveling sand with brick around that. No cracks in the shell anywhere, no damage that I saw when I unwrapped it. I don't understand.

In the past 3 years I have purchased 2 of these. I was concerned about the no element heating system but it works fine. The rotomolded shell is terrific. Here’s the rub. The second one had a high pitched noise from the pump from the very beginning. Calls to customer service went unreturned. No response to emails. Lifesmart is a Watkins brand, a big player in hot tubs. After months of this, I gave up and bought a replacement pump on Amazon. Pretty easy install and no issues with the new pump, but shame on the manufacturer for offering NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for an obvious warranty issue. If you get a defect free one you will be happy, but if you have a problem you are totally on your own. To be clear, I bought both of mine from Home Depot online, not from Amazon. If I had hauled it to a store I probably would have gotten my money back.
