I had a constant throbbing aching pain in my knee. I noticed after two days of using this machine it went from constant to tender. After a week the pain was gone. I referred this machine to my brother who also suffers from knee pain and he loves it! I can't due strenuous workouts because I've had some surgeries one of which I had my uterus removed so the right side of my abdomin (ovary) will start to hurt. I can't do sit ups, planks, heavy lifting etc but I do what I can to stay active and healthy. This machine is very easy to use and it's well made. For the first week I started on low for 15 minutes a day to let my body get used to the vibration. Week 2 I started doing 15 minutes of upper body and 15 minutes of lower body workouts. It really tightens my muscles. Now I do half low and half med work out till my body gets used to the med vibration. My first workout on low my body it itched like crazy for about a minute but now it doesn't. After I work out I jump on my trampoline then stretch. I love this machine it makes my work outs a lot easier and shorter. I still go out side and go for walks and get fresh air but if you're busy and don't have time for the gym or just don't want to be around people due to COVID or can't do a strenuous work out due to health conditions or age then this is the machine for you! If you're elderly or have a history of falling or are unbalanced I would recommend getting a vibration machine that has the handles for standing up. That's the style I'm getting my mom. Also remember to stretch, eat healthy, drink plenty of water, live, love, and laugh!

It's between like and love, as it's a new experience for me, and I'm not sure what to expect. My initial impression is the Wave is very well-made, and runs surprisingly quietly. I really like Joel's and Abe's story about being athletes with rehab issues, leading to the creation of the company and what seems like sincere pride in their products. I am an aging athlete, but one who is open and interested in trying new approaches and technology. I have many like-minded (and similarly aged) athletic friends who are interested in my experience with the Waver, so I am trying to be as detailed and aware of how this will work for me. Fingers crossed that "like" moves firmly into "love". I am also trying to resist the temptation to overdo my usage, though I am doing my planks and squats on it, as well as just standing through a cycle. I have reread the manual several times to be an informed user and can't wait to add in more exercises on the Waver. I find this vibration approach incredibly intriguing. Fingers crossed!

What an an experience! I used to use a similar machine at our gym, and have loved whole body vibration ever since. (If you haven’t tried it, it’s a game changer!) This is basically a smaller version with the same benefits, in the comfort of my home and so much more accessible than going to the gym. I had my baby about a year ago and have had the worst back pain! The Lifepro Wavermini has helped me so much by being able to include whole body vibration into my workout again. I love this machine because it helps increase your metabolism, decrease stress, improve circulation, and increase strength and flexibility. Also, comes with online videos, if you’re new to using something like this and need ideas to incorporate the Wavermini into your workouts. Honestly whether you’re an athlete or new to working out, you’ll find that the machine has so many benefits and ways to use it. Being able to getting back to working out without leaving my home during the pandemic has been such a blessing!

Just got it and it seems to work well. It has a crack on one side hopefully just cosmetic and the roller to move it was broken off completely. This model with the handles isn’t made anymore so don’t want to send it back. Hmmm 🤔 Amazon is going to see what they can do to help.

So far I can't say a whole lot. My daughter has one a loves it says helps with pains, so I got one.. Just started a new job and haven't gotten to use it much. Update I have had it for awhile now and I will admit it took me a bit to get it in the right place and to feel comfortable using it. That said I now enjoy it before I go to work listen to a book and work out.

I have fibromyalgia that I long controlled by near athletic level exercise. Last year was not so great as I have avoided gyms and stretch massages. In the past, a chiropractor and some advanced gyms had similar pro level machines and it helped to loosen up stiff joints and muscles while also changing my workout by doing static tension exercises while on the machine. And, of course, the general planks and other type of core strengthening poses on the machine. So though not as powerful as some of the pro machines, this is working great for the price value for what I need to try to tame any fibromyalgia issues.

I love my Waver Press! It's easy to use it every morning and night. I started very gradually since I sometimes get a bit carried away with new health routines. ;) I have had lots of issues with my back and legs. I felt a positive difference after about a week of using the Waver Press. I usually use 3 pound hand weights with it and often do squats on it during my workout. I like it so much that I ordered another one to give as a Christmas present! ~ Thank you, Lifepro!
