I use this vibrating platform to help my muscles recover after my HITT workouts and I've noticed it makes a huge difference. I generally use it at level 99 but if I'm really sore I will use it at a low level and do planks on it, which makes it feel like I'm getting a massage. I've noticed my joints and muscles have a lot less pain and I think it was worth the purchase. I can't say if it's helped with weight loss because I'm doing so many other things at the same time so I can't contribute my weight loss to just one thing. One thing I really don't like about it is how hard the texture is of the part you stand on. The hard dots are like standing on legos. I made the mistake of planking on it without a towel to protect my hands and I had pain and indents in my palms for two days. It's very frustrating that you have to put a barrier on it because then its absorbing the vibrations, which dims the effect. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. First and foremost, the instructions are clear, understandable, and well written. They are informational and have concise, easy instructions to follow. Set up and operation of the device was super easy—comes pre-built and no parts to put together. Plug in the power cord, attach the resistant bands, and place two AAA batteries in the remote and it is ready to go! Included with the WaverMini are resistant bands for arm strength that attach to the side of the plate and are manually adjustable (for resistance and height). As well as mini resistant bands that house a vast amount of additional workouts. Various workout videos using the mini bands can be found on the Lifepro Fitness site (for free) or on YouTube. You really are able to achieve a full body workout with this purchase. Not to mention the mini bands are excellent for traveling! I am able to get in short workouts in my hotel room while traveling for work. I mostly use the plate during my dance step class workouts. I tune into pre-recorded online classes and step to the upbeat music. When I use the vibration plate, I mostly enjoy using the medium level preset settings instead of the manual setting because it changes the intensity throughout the workout. Whereas manual settings stay at the same intensity set by you. I suffer from low back pain and sciatica and have found that after using the vibration for 15 to 30 mins a day, my muscles feel relaxed and the stiffness and pain is decreased. This is probably my number one favorite thing, because the sciatica is reduced at night and I tend to sleep better! ... show more

I was looking for an exercise machine that strengthens my legs muscles and is low impact work out since I rarely work out. I found this vibration plate exercise with an affordable price comparing to other brands, which can cause me a fortune. The machine came with a big box including a vibration plate, a cord plug in, some stretch bands, exercise accessories and a remote control. I can tell the machine is well made, sturdy and heavy. It has so many adjustable speeds settings and 9 auto programs. At the lower intensity level, its vibration is gentle and provides great relaxation for the muscles. I put the machine in front of my sofa in the family room, so I can sit down watching television while having my legs relax on the vibration plate. The plate surface is anti slip design, so I can put my bare feet there without any discomforts. At the higher intensity level, the machine put force on every muscles and became a great work out machine. So far I have most used the low intensity to make my body get used to the machine. After one week of use, I can see that my leg’s muscles are not as tense as they are used to be. My legs are always tense because I stand at work all day long. Now after work, I cannot wait to go home to use the machine, so my legs can be pampered. The minor thing is this machine is heavy, so I can not move it around with ease. I have to choose a safe place to place it. It runs quite. I am not sure if it will help with the weight loss issue or not, but I am sure it helps my legs pain significantly. I use this vibration plate for muscle toning and strengthening for balance improvement. I call it my "jiggler". When my first one arrived, the remote control did not work. I called the company directly and was told it would be replaced. Needless to say, it was not. Amazon provided great customer service when I informed them about my dilemma. I keep a chair and a cane nearby to steady me when the vibrations are intense. I love it so far. It has had an incidental benefit for me. To my amazement, it quiets "restless legs" without medication. My daughter purchased the full size vibration plate, and hers worked fine from the get go. About six years ago I almost purchased one for $1600 on the recommendation of an RN friend. This is equal to that, and much more affordable. If you purchase one, go through Amazon if you need customer service. It was Christmas in July at my home this year because of this product. I love this product because I’ve only had it for a very short time and it resolved a problem I had for many months instantly.I woke up the next day expecting pain but nothing.I think I pulled a muscle at the gym and had this painful bump that would not go away .After a few scans my Dr. suggested physical therapy.The day I receive my waver and tried it problem solved,no therapy needed.Plus all the other benefits it offers .Of course I can’t say I see any other benefits as of yet because I’ve only had the product a week.I have no doubt that I will get all the benefits I’m expecting.
