This will be my absolute honest opinion of the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine. Set Up: Remove from box, plug cord into the back of machine until it clicks, plug into wall. DO read the enclosed booklet and DO NOT experiment with High Speed just to see what that means. It is, just that, HIGH SPEED! You are not ready for that yet! Trust me on this. Light stretching before (Calf raises, hamstring stretches, ankle rotations) and after use, just like any other exercise, is beneficial. You will be working ALL of the muscle groups at the same time. Concentrate on your body and what you are feeling. You should notice your stabilizer muscles firing rather quickly. We received this machine last Thursday. I have been battling tightly "Jammed Hips" for over a year. Constant burning pain that interfered with every aspect of my life, including sleep. I am a very young 64 3/4, a former personal trainer and very active person with a physical job, but the pain was dragging me down, making me feel old. By midday, my right leg and foot would be tingling I knew my circulation was being seriously compromised. I tried every remedy at my disposal - Stretching, Fascia Blasting, Assisted Decompressions, Heat, Cold...You name it. No relief. Three 10 minute sessions on my new LifePro 3D Vibration Plate changed all of that. (LOW and SLOW) The first time I used it, I was so tight, but it felt like rusty bolts were getting knocked loose inside - I just went with the flow. After my 3rd use, I slept like a baby and woke up absolutely pain-free. Six days in, still no pain. My tight hammies are loosening up more with each use. I plan to add the bands and light weights starting Friday. In the meantime, I am shouting the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate's benefits from the rooftops! One friend has already purchased hers since I bragged ours up and three more have requested the link. I want them to buy this...Why? Because I want them to experience the same results that I have had! I'm a Believer! My husband is a Believer! We both actually LOOK FORWARD to using this machine every single day! I have suffered from pain in my hips, lower and upper back since I was involved in a car accident in 2005. I do have rods in my back which has caused my body to stiffen up over time. I am 50 years old, and not as active as I used to be due to the constant pain. I have only had this platform for a short period of time and have used it daily. Already I am feeling a huge difference in my flexibility, but mostly the pain is subsiding. I'm 5'11, 165 lbs, so I'm not necessarily out of shape, but running is out of the question, and walking even hurt because of my hips and lower back pain. Since using this, my hips are looser, and my back doesn't feel like a stiff board any longer. I even have noticed a big difference in my neck and the tension I have always had. This has replaced the chiropractor visits, which were costly. I am able to stand straight, and walk without a limp, which I know I had because my hips were constantly out of alignment. I'm also sleeping well, instead of tossing and turning from discomfort. I have noticed toning in my legs and abs as well, which is a great benefit. I am so happy and thrilled that I decided to purchase the LifePro 3D Vibration Plate. In the short time I have used it, I've felt dramatic results! I'm looking forward to see my results in the next few months.

This is the best value for your money. I purchased the Lifepro HOVERT prior to this and returned it promptly. The LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is much stronger and yield the best results for my family's medical needs. We use this for all over circulation and to help relieve Lymphedema issues. This helps each one of us. It is powerful and adjusts well for those who need to start with lower vibration levels.

The machine does vibrate, so place it on a rug. Great machine. First time I used it I was trying all kinds of Exercises from the website and YouTube. I think I used it for an hour. Next day I was a little sore. I guess the little machine is a little more effective than I thought. Although it could be, I don’t exercise like I should. For me the machine is fun, easy, helps my lymphatic system and I hope my osteoporosis. I’ll know if it has helped that with my next test. So far great machine. Dee
